Hermione POV

As we ran into battle, I saw so many things. People dying, left, right, and center. Monsters disintegrating.

Ron, Harry, Nico, Jason, Hazel, and others were whirling through their ranks, hacking away most of the monsters. They targeted the Death Eaters with their wands which they also fought with.

I was fighting Bellatrix who had somehow come back to life. I took out my dagger that was made of iron. We were each given two of our weapons except one was Celestial Bronze or Imperial Gold while the other was muggle/mortal, whichever you prefer.

But anyways, the crooked hag was fighting me. I took out my knife and pinned her to the castle wall. I stabbed Cassandra's blade right next to it, got out the muggle one, and almost stabbed her.

((A/N. If you remember, Hermione's knife belonged to Cassandra, a cursed seer that actually is from Greek Mythology))

Instead, I sheathed it, got out my wand, and put a body-binding spell on her. I conjured some ropes and took the muggle knife out of the wall. I wrapped the ropes around her and put a spell on them making sure that they wouldn't come lose. I tossed her in the DADA room.

As I raced out, I wondered if I should have killed her. To me, it sounded wrong. Sure, she was evil, but she was human like everyone except for demigods and monsters. You know, demigods are half human and monsters aren't human at all. Anyways, back to the subject.

It seemed wrong, murdering her in cold blood. I decided to leave her to Mrs. Weasley. She was the one who got rid of her last year. So I told her Bellatrix's location and went off.

A thought came to me. I hadn't really learned how to manipulate the Mist, but maybe...

I focused hard and suddenly, there were a bunch of dead Death Eaters and a Voldemort that didn't exist on the ground.

I ran to tell everyone what had happened so they weren't confused. Hazel congratulated me on what I had accomplished.

"Be glad that you didn't get a farting weasel to watch over you in your progress," she joked, which I didn't really understand. But apparently, the other demigods did, as they started laughing.

The Death Eaters were starting to retreat of fear that they would end up like the bodies like the ground. Voldemort was trying to rally them. We took the opportunity and got rid of as many Death Eaters possible. Some of them ran away. Soon, all that was left was Voldemort.

Voldemort and Harry started their battle like they did last year. Red against green. For a moment, it seemed like green was winning. Then red. And green again. And red. It went back and forth.

It seemed like the two opponents were matched. They couldn't overpower each other.

Suddenly, there was a loud bang. Voldemort dropped to the ground, blood soaking his shirt. Then he died. We looked at the direction the bang came from. And we saw none other than Madam Pomfrey tossing away a gun saying, "Muggle weapons..."

We all looked at her in amazement. She was the one to heal people. I never would have suspected that she would do that.

"Madam Pomfrey?" Ron asked.

"Yes, boy?" she snapped. "What, is it unnatural that I would kill him? I think not." She sauntered away.

We, or Ginny, Ron, Harry, Jason, Hazel, and Nico, looked at each other. Then we burst out laughing.

We were just lounging around, trying to recover from shock. The people who had died were Dean Thomas, Lavender Brown, Drew Aarons, TJ Jones, a demigod, Katherine Wright, another demigod, seven other wizards and three other demigods.

The mood didn't last for long, though. We still had somewhere to go. Another war. Actually, two others.

We still had to go to the place where my brothers and sisters are. We had to go to Camp Half-Blood.
