The Last December

Chapter 12

            He's making me lose my control.

After i pull myself out of his hug, i leave his office out of embarrassment, i surely didn't want to shatter like this in front of him, but I couldn't control myself, or i can say he's making me lose my control. When i came here , i was so angry that i wanted to burn this entire company down, but instead i chose to talk. And when i listened to him, i can feel he's not lying. The fire is definitely some one else's doing. I can't forget Ali was my best friend and he helped me out everyday. He helped me building that damn studio, under no circumstances he would burn it. But if not him, then who. Or maybe, the fire was doing to some malfunction. Anyways I'll figure it out soon.
Ali asked me to join the meeting with Mr. Chen. So now i'm in the bathroom fixing my makeup after spoiling it. After finishing my touch up i leave the bathroom and head towards the meeting room.
The meeting is going for what feels like an hour, and im sure Ali's going to accept the deal. But i'm not able to trust Mr.Chen and his products and ideas. I feel he is using cheap quality products. And if we accept the offer, our company might suffer losses. So i feel me and ali need to talk in personal and have to reject it.
Ali is still talking to Mr. Chen, while i sit on my chair, rolling the pencil between my fingure and thinking why Ali is so interested in this deal where he and i both know, our company doesn't sell these cheap products.
"I accept the deal, i hope we get along while working on this project." Ali says, while shaking his hand with Mr. Chen.
My jaw drops at his declaration. We were supposed to discuss it before accepting how can he, accept without even asking me for once.
I hate him again. One minute hes nice, the other minute he shows his face.
"I object" i say. Ali looks at him. His eyebrows raised.
"What do you mean Mrs. Caspher" mr. chen asks me.
"Its Mrs. khan" ali corrects him.
Huhh, that was cheeezy.
"I mean , i don't like your idea, and your presentation, you are using cheap raw materials that will not make the the products last for longer, and i simple does not allow this happen in my presence , so you better get us a new presentation or you may leave because we are not accepting the deal" I finish. Ali gives me a death stare while Mr. Chen looks like he will kill me the next second.
"Mrs. Khan, i think you are misunderstood, i m using all the first class quality products." chen says.
I laugh, does he think i'm a fool? I'm a major.
"You can't fool me Sir. I said what it is and you are required to either get us new idea or you leave."
"You are just a mere women, i would like you to not interfere in the business Adeline" Mr Chen says. My blood rushes to my brain when he insults me so when I open my mouth to insult him back. "Get out chen" ali speaks. His gaze on me but he says to Mr. Chen in his very horrific voice that he uses when he's angry.
"What did you just say Mr khan" Chen stands up from his seat and ask Ali.
"I said Get the fuck out" Ali says, he turns his gaze towarda Chen so he's facing him.
"What the fuck, you cant insult me like that" Mr chen says.
"Exactly. You don't get to insult my woman, and think i will sit quietly. She's my wife and whatever she's saying must be completely true. I trust her insinuation. I know what she's capable of and what are you of. So get the fuck out before i break your face, for even looking at my wife like that".
Ali and i are still seated while chen leave the room.
"Look i know he was trying to gain your trust this is_" my sentence gets cut off when ali stands up from his seat. He opens the buttons of his suit. He moves towards me and then bends down.
He then holds my chin with his thumb and index finger. "I know you don't have to explain blue" he kisses my cheeks. A chill passes through me. My body freezes at the moment. And this is currently happening everytime ali touches me.
He then stands straight and leave the room.
And im still seated in my chair. Thinking the fuck is going on with me. Why am i so seduced by his touch. Why is his presence makes me clench my thighs. Or maybe its too long i have had a sexual interaction and now I'm highly tensed. Must be this. It could be this.
