Adeline
We stand outside his mansion. Well that's not a surprise he owns one here in london. Eren looks at me and i too him. I nod and he knows what i want. For him to sit here with sansa unless and until i call him inside. I know Mikael will kill me for getting his gf caught but I can't risk another life. I have to do this for him, for all of us. Ans if the outcomes is good, he will have his girlfriend back. But he'll just need to wait till today.
"Malakai" a tan broody man stands infront of him. Guns wrapped around his boody. He's wearing a tshirt and military green pants. His arms have tattoos. Covered basically.
His features are sharp and honestly he looks very hot.
"Adeline" i say as i move my hand forward to shake.
He looks at me and then "follow me" that's all he says no handshake. Okay sir got ya.
I walk inside the mansion. Every one in the mansion looks at me as if they have seen a witch herself coming to kill their boss.
When we reach. The door opens and surely he's an old man now. He stands near the window with a glass of whiskey in his hands.
When he hears the door open he looks at me. His eyes widen and then he says "nice to meet you again Adeline The dead"
"I'm outside boss" malakai says. As he closes the door once i enter.
"I can't believe on my eyes. You are Alive" he says as he forwards his hand and i shake my hand with him. He leaves a kiss on the back of my hand as a gesture.
"I guess i survived huh?" I say. As i smile.
" i always knew your father was a clever man, but i never thought he could fake his own daughter's death" a wicked smile comes on my face as he mentions the bravery of my father.
He's the reason i exist.
"I have Sansa" i come to the point and his face tenses.
"Settle down." He gestures me to sit.
I put my ass on the couch, keep my one hand on the armrest and cross my right leg over the left.
He stands right in front of me. And offers me a glass of whiskey, I don't drink much but today i might not mind so i take and cheers it to him.
"How did you always end up with my children" so he remembers.
"Fate i guess?, btw hows Ronan? Is he not running ur empire?" I ask.
"That boy was softie, he can't lead. And bout where is. He's in spain. Running his own legal business. He left the mafia world years ago. Said and i qoute "im not up for it dad. I can't run a world where i myself am just a pawn. You need someone stronger" and then he left." A smile comes to my face as i feel happy for Ron to choose his life.
"What happened to Rick richard" i ask.
"You did a great job when u smacked his head in the wall but it was not enough, he's burried six feet under the ground" his face darkens as his real personality shows up.
"Oh" thats all leaves from my mouth.
"Now my question is, how did sansa end up in your hands Adeline"
A wicked grin comes on my face. I look at him as i bend my neck to the left side and smirk.
"She's in love with my brother"
"What" he say.
"I could ask you the same" i lift my eye brows. Straighten my head towards him. Bring my right hand fingers to my lips. And look at him.
"How did Sansa end up with my brother" i ask.
"She ran" he says.
"Hm" i say.
"What do you want" he asks and i smile as he's on point.
"I want to know who killed my parents and who's after me and my family" i say. And he looks at me.
"I need your protection" i finish.
"Hmm. But why bring sansa here. I could have done that for you even if you didn't have to put her in between. You saved my child. I already owed you a debt. And the guts you carry. To straight away call me and let me come to london with in one day. I already was ready to do that much for you"
"That's a good question. I know you would have helped me. But i know you owe me a debt not my brother. And if i may see your history. You would have killed my brother the day you would have found Sansa with him and I don't want that. My brother truly loves her. I only have got Sansa here so that you can talk to her and amend the relationship with her. If you ever touch my brother in this, the way i saved your one child, I wouldn't mind taking your other child's life" i say as i look straight into his eyes, my head held high. One should know, Adeline never looses.
He laughs. " that's what i love about you Adeline Caspher, you are never afraid. I like that. Tell me what i have to do" he says.
"My parents were killed in their own house. I was almost killed by a man before few days that happened. I want you to find out who's behind all this and meanwhile. I need one of your strongest man at my family's protection. I can't risk anymore life" I finish.
"Malakai" he orders.
Malakai enters the room he look at both of us. Checks his boss if i did something to him.
"Yes boss" he says.
"You are to protect Adeline from today onwards. Meanwhile you are going to help find who killed Remi Caspher" malakai looks at me. I know he wants to question to why is this all happening but to his boss he can't question.
I stand up from my couch. Fix my suit. Then i move my hand forward in truce.
"I heard you are having problems with shipments" i say.
"Yes. The Rivals are blocking it at the bay" severus say.
"Guess the blockade is unblocked now" i smile.
He studies me.
"I'm sure Hundreds of women must have died for a devil like you to born" a laugh slips from my lips.
"A truce" i say.
" a truce" he replies.
"Also give sansa and mikael a chance" i say.
"Sansa is my heir. She's to run the organization after me. She's a women but i build her up to lead. Just like you Adeline. I can't let her go like i did my son." He says. He right Sansa. A red head, is definitely a strong women. She will surely be a good leader.
"Maybe Mikael will help her with it. My brother is no scaredy cat. Give them a chance Cedric" he nods and then i leave.
I walk through the walls of the mansion. Malakai my new bodyguard, follows me.
"You are to protect me from shadows. Ali can't know about you Malakai" i say .
"Yes Man. You can call me Kai" he says.
I flip my hair behind as the sound of my heels echoes in the mansion.
I see sansa sitting on the sofa downstairs. In the hall where there's a big door to outside. She looks at me. Her eyes bloodshot. I'm sure she hates me. But soon she will know i did the right thing.
I walk past her. Thats when she stands up and say "mikael loves you. But now he will hate you for what you did to me you bitch. You stole my freedom" i stop and turn behind. I laugh. And then i walk to her. I put my one hand on her shoulder.
"I just gave you your ultimate freedom Sansa sweety. The freedom you stole before wasn't freedom, it was a hide n seek game. Where you would have to hide your entire life. But now you can live with him as you want. I assured your father" i wink and then i turn. And walk outside. I wear my sunglasses and then Eren opens the door for me.
Kai stands behind me.
"He's to be hidden in shadows Eren." I say and my right hand man smiles.
We leave the Cedric mansion.
My first win. Whoever you are. Where-ever you are. You shall taste death. And i will be the one making you taste it like rotten fucking meal.
