Chapter 19:

The door slams loudly and then a lot of talking starts happening all at once. Quickly I sit up wide eyed looking around me because my house is never this loud.

My eyes widen further when I look down and see Dean laying sound asleep underneath of me. Oh no I must have fallen asleep during the movie. I stand and grab my phone off of the coffee table.

Four missed calls from mom and five form dad. Heaven txt me about fifty times asking where I am. "I'm in so much trouble." I whisper and all of the talking stops.

I look up to see all of the boys staring at me. "Shortcake?" Sky asks truly surprised and confused. "Why are you warring Deans clothes?"

"Mine got dirty."

"And you stayed the night." Colton says raising an eyebrow.

"We were watching a movie and I guess I fell asleep. Can someone take me home." I plead looking down at my phone when it chirps.

"Come on." Sky says walking out the front door. I follow him out of the door giving the guys quick nods as I dial my mothers number.

She answers on the first ring not sounding to pleased. "Evangeline where are you?"

"Sky is bringing me home."

"Skyler?" she questions and I don't say anything. "You stayed over at Dean's?"

"We were watching movies and I guess we fell asleep." I was up all night Thursday because Heaven couldn't get to sleep and she wanted me to stay up with her. I know that's not an excuse to have fallen asleep but I guess it happens.

"I have to go Evangeline but we will talk about this later tonight when I get home." she hangs up the phone without a goodbye and ii bite my lip hanging the phone up.

"In trouble?" Sky asks and I sigh looking over at him.

"Understatement. She didn't even say a goodbye."

Sky hisses and looks over at me quickly with a sympathetic look. "What do you think she's going to do?"

Shrugging I say "Don't know, hopefully nothing to drastic."

"You'd think she'll understand you didn't mean for it to happen." he says and I shrug because I have never been in trouble before.

Sky pulls into my drive and I reach over giving him a hug. Opening the door I say "Thanks for the ride."

"Call me later?" he asks and I smile getting out. He hunks and I wave before shutting the door.

"Where have you been?" Heaven demands making me spin around quickly.

Holding my chest to get my breath back breathlessly I ask "When did you get there?"

"Ignoring the question." she mumbles making me raise an eyebrow at her in question.

"I wasn't ignoring the question Heaven I was frightened." I say kind of angry because everyone doesn't need to question me on when I have been im eighteen and I think I can handle myself.

Heaven shakes her head and gives me an apologetic look. "Sorry I was just so worried about you and when you didn't answer."

"I'm fine Heaven. Sorry I didn't answer but I fell asleep."

She opens her arms to me and I give her a light hug because shes probably still hurting. "This is my fault." she states and I pull away from her confused. "If I didn't keep you up all night you wouldn't have fallen asleep and then you wouldn't be in trouble. I'm sorry Flower."

I chuckle lightly walking into the kitchen. "It's not your fault Heaven I should have left when I felt that I was tired."

"Mhm" she says sitting at the island. I can tell what I said didn't even enter her ear. When she makes up her mind she keeps it not letting anyone interfere or change it.

"So did you beat my better looking sibling?" I ask sitting at the island with a bowl of cereal.

Heaven turns to me with a scowl on her face. "I don't get it. He can barley talk but he knows all about those games."

I smile widely at her nodding my head. "He gets me every time."

"Next time im gonna accidentally hit the power button on the controller." she mumbles and I look at her wide eyed. Heaven usually doesn't care if she wins or looses.

"Getting a little competitive are we."

"Yes!" she says loudly before she fixes her tone. "I'm tired of Blaze letting me win. I want to win fair and square."

"Tell him that." I state and she looks over at me smacking her lips with a yah right. "Just stop playing with him then."

"No because I like when he praises me." she says in a pout and I pat her on the back because I don't know what to tell her. I'm beast at Black Ops and I know I would murder Dean so I don't really know what to tell her.

"So how mad was momma?"

Heaven turns to me with a blank face and asks "Do you really wanna know?"

Looking back down at my cereal I mumble "No."

Laughing I watch as another piece of popcorn flys my way "Don't do that Heaven, mommas gonna make us clean it up."

"Make you clean it up. Its not good for me to bend over." she bends a little and does a fake cry out before sitting back up and sticking her tongue out at me.

"Here Blaze thought you were innocent." I mumble crossing my arms over my chest.

"Hey now I am innocent just not in your eyes." she says laughing at the end.

"Because I know wall of your tricks dude."

Heaven rolls her eyes looking back at the screen. "I'm an angel Eva that's why my names Heaven. Only angles live there." she says in a matter o fact tone making me scoff.

"I'll let you think what you want." I say and shes about to open her mouth when we hear the front door close loudly and my name being called out by my mother.
