A new cell mate

The entrance to stone henge opens and the sound of screaming is heard from the other side of the cave.

Thanatos turns around.
He wasn't expecting his ambrosia for another few hundred years so there was no reason for anyone to visit him?
And Virgo had checked up on him yesterday.

So what was it?

"You can't do this! I haven't done anything! Let me out!"
It sounded Spanish?

Thanatos slowly makes his way over to the noise.
Or as close as he can get with the shackles around his wrist.

A boy around his age was standing by the entrance of the cave staring hopelessly at the closed door up the stairs.
He looked almost like a skeleton with how thin he was.
Thanatos didn't recognise the robes either. They definitely weren't Greek.

The stranger continued to stare at the entrance.

"There's no point in waiting, you won't be let out any time soon." Thanatos says.

The stranger turns around in surprise.

Thanatos raises his eyebrows.
The stranger definitly wasn't a daemon, or human.
They looked human like but also like a skeleton.

Thanatos looks them up and down.
"You are?"

The stranger shifts slightly.
"Kizin."

"..that's a new one. Thanatos, daemon of death, king of the daemons."

Kizin steps closer.
"Where am I?" It sounded threatening almost.

"Under stone henge? Or, prison." Thanatos folds his arms.
He looks Kizin up and down.
"Why are you here?"

Kizins shrugs.
"How should I know?"
He walks past Thanatos.

"Hm. I suppose your here because your 'a threat'?" Thanatos turns to face him.

"I suppose. Wait- How long have you been here?" Kizin turns around.

"A good two thousand years."

"Fuck. That can't be fun."

"Mhm." He nods.

They both stand in the cave in awkward silence for afew minutes.
Neither of the two knowing what to say or what to do.
Thanatos was trying to figure out why they were sending other inmates with him. And why now? Had Elliot been fighting more immortals? Or was it something different?

"You don't happen to be the Thanatos that tried to like- kill the mortals last year right?"

That was a year ago? He thinks.
Whatever.
Wait a minute?
"How do you know who I am?" Thanatos says in surprise.

"Oh the whole mythology community knows who you are. You achieved what we only dream of."

"Really?"

"Really."

There was a pause.

"What did you say your name was again?"

"Kizin."

Thanatos smiles.
"Well, Kizin. I think you and me are going to get along very well."
