As Joe, Josh and Jon gathered in Deadman's cell, they were so pissed off, one could feel the rage and anger radiating off of their bodies.
"I should put a green light on that piece of shit Rhodes and his family. That muthafucka got the wrong one!!!" Joe growled as he paced back and forth.

At that moment, Deadman spoke up....
"Y'all ain't putting' no green lights on nobody. Is that clear?" Deadman stated.
"Fuck you mean? Muthafucka tried to rape Dee and Rhodes weak ass talking bout don't do nothing! So I'm just supposed to let that shit slide?" Joe asked incredulously.

"I'm not saying let the shit slide. What I'm saying is let the officer do his job. Let it fall on him, is what I'm saying." Deadman said.
"Not only that Uce, muthafucka talking bout taking the ladies off the unit and away from us. Like who died and made this asshole king?!! I swear he doing too much!!!" Josh snapped.
"Ain't nobody taking the women outta here, if I got anything to do with it." Joe said.
"This is the problem. Before them gals came on the unit, it was business as usual. Now, they got y'all's noses so wide open, y'all ain't thinking clearly. Y'all getting too emotional and irrational, and that irrational thinking is gonna cause us to be on permanent lockdown." Deadman said, shaking his head in dismay.

"OG, we ain't gonna be on lockdown. I can guarantee you that." Joe scoffed.
"Ok....so what if we do decide to take your advice and just let Top Flight Security handle it, then what?" Jon asked.
"Just sit back and watch the show." He replied.
"You think it's just that easy huh?" Joe asked.
"Yup." Deadman replied.
"OG, can I ask you a question? Like on some serious shit?" Josh asked.
"Shoot."
"Ain't you the least bit excited that we got females on the unit? I mean real live females? To see titties, ass and pussy in such close proximity?" Josh asked.
"Nope not really." Deadman shrugged.
"Why not?" Jon asked.
"Look I've been locked down for 25 years and I'm not getting out. I've already resigned to the fact that I'll never have a woman again, so I'm keeping my guard up. Okay, we got women here now, but who's to say that the powers that be won't decide that having them here isn't a good idea after all and move them out. How are yall gonna feel then? Y'all around here falling in love with these gals and makin' love to 'em and at anytime, they can be transferred outta here and how will y'all feel then?" Deadman explained.
Damn OG, I didn't think about it like that...but I really love Trin. They couldn't take her away from me? Could they?" Jon asked now worried at the possibility of losing her.
"Like I said in all the years I've been here, I've seen 5 different administrations and with each one there was always some change. When I first got here, we used to have a lot of activities and it was actually easy to do time here. We could smoke, we learned a lot of skills and it was just decent. Over time, programs were taken away and it went to shit. Now Warden Heyman is starting to give us more privileges like it was back in the day, but who's to say that he'll always be around and many of us are here for the rest of our lives, so that's something y'all need to keep in mind." Deadman continued.
"Man, I hope they don't take baby boo outta here. That's my baby. I need her, she makes me feel alive again and loved." Josh said sadly hanging his head.
"I said what I said. If they even THINK of trying to take Deanna outta here, I promise you on everything, I will send this muthafucka up!!!! There will be a riot in this bitch!!!!" Joe snarled.
At that moment, Deadman stood up and stood chest to chest with Joe.....

"Ima tell y'all again. Y'all being too emotional. Y'all ain't gonna send shit up in here. Y'all ain't the only ones in this housing unit, and if I got anything to do with it, we gone have peace and harmony on this unit. Is that clear?" Deadman said in a low and even tone.
"Yeah OG. Crystal clear. I want peace too, I really do, but...."Joe said backing down. Joe and the twins had infinite respect for the older inmate as he was the only one that could talk sense into them and put them in their place at the same time.
"But what....you fellas in love? Those gals belong to y'all and y'all willing to go to war for 'em? Is that it?" Deadman asked raising an eyebrow.
"Yeah OG." Joe sighed holding his head down.
"And that's ok, if y'all wanna love on them, that's fine, but remember, jail business and politics comes before the women." Deadman stated in a serious tone.
Aight. I'll keep that in mind." Joe said.
