~1 week later~

Me and my friends are standing in front of the bus, we are going to take for our ski trip. Even though it's 5am right now, our class is extremely loud and excited. "Calm down, guys!" Mr. Carter shouts through the crowd as he finally arrives at the bus too. "I will now announce your roommates for this trip. We will stay in cabins there, so there are 2 people for one cabin." The class groans and I look at Jason with widen eyes. I really don't want to live in a cabin with Connor or Brady, or any of their friends. Jason gives me a reassuring look as he pats my shoulder. "So, in cabin 1 are Lucas and Olivia." Olivia and Lucas look at each other relieved. "Cabin 2 are Kathie and Jason. Cabin 3, Brady and Grayson. Cabin 4, Max and Addy. Cabin 5, Y/n and Connor. Cabin 6,...." Mr. Carter continues talking as if he didn't just say that me and Connor would be roommates. My eyes widen in disbelief as I turn to look at Connor's reaction. His eyebrow is raised, clearly surprised too by this twist of fate. After the class heard our names too, they erupted into whispers and giggles, knowing that me and Connor have a history of being enemies.

"I'm so sorry Y/n" Olivia says giving me a look of pity. "It's alright, I guess. I will live." "Tell me if he does anything. I will kill him" Jason says holding my arm. "It will be fine, don't worry" Lucas reassures me. "We will see" I whisper.

In the bus, the four of us sit in the very back, where four seats are next to each other. Perfect for us. The guys are talking about the trip and how excited they are but I just can't stop thinking about Connor. Will we be friends again after this? Or will he just bully me more?

I ask Olivia for ibuprofen because I got a bad headache from all of my thoughts. She says no, so I'm going to the front to ask Mr. Carter. "Hey Mr. Carter, do you maybe have ibuprofen for me? I have a really bad headache." "Oh you poor thing. Yeah, here. I hope it will help. The drive is not that long anymore. Just an hour or something" "alright thank you" he nods before turning around again to talk to the bus driver.

I walk back to my seat trying to sleep for a bit. But nothing works, because this dumb boys in the middle of the bus are yelling at each other the whole time, playing some stupid game.
