Friend Ship pt.2

you wake up to the sound of peridot shouting "DIE, DIE, DIE" angrily into some sort of screen?

then she follows up the "die, die, die" with "SPIKES, how do you like my spikes!"

what a interesting conversation she must be having 

y/n: so what's going on?

peridot: oh y/n good your awake, you see while you were asleep regaining your energy I repurposed the ship into a death trap for these clods 

she does a cute little villain laugh

y/n: excellent work I'm guessing, I quite literally have no idea what any of this even is 

for context you barely know what a button is 

Peridot: as expected from a animal such as yourself, but the compliment is welcomed

the screen beeps as we both look to see garnet and pearl trapped in a box slowly beginning to crush them 

Peridot: yes die!

she's really into this huh?

pearl and garnet fuse into a sardonyx as the tunnel up and pop out as we watch from the camera astonished they unfuse once they get out

Y/n: so this must be fusion...

Peridot: what?! that's not fair!

the cameras begin shorting as you lay back down while peridot furiously begin typing to try and get things back on 

 Peridot: Urrgh, stupid button here, I don't know what anything is AGGGH! 

Peridot raises her fists in frustration 

Peridot: Blast this old Gem tech! Where'd they go? Why isn't anything working!? Ahhh!

the wall behind us explodes as the crystal gems burst fourth 

Garnet: surrender Peridot and Y/n!

you lift your head up and sit up startling amethyst and pearl 

Steven: the crystal gems are going to get yoooooooooou

you snort with hot steam coming out of your nose ready to breathe fire 

Peridot: you really think this is the end, this is only the beginning...of our escape

peridot shoots her weird finger energy ball thing into the ceiling creating a hole big enough for our escape

then a scene straight out of a cartoon plays out as peridot begins flying with her fingers? thats possible? and then steven grabs on to her foot and amethyst grabs on to steven and pearl grabs on to amethyst and garnet grabs on to pearl making a chain?

Peridot: ugh! we don't have time for this, y/n?

you smack steven down causing the others to topple with him but not before tearing off peridots foot with him

Peridot: I'll trust you'll keep up y/n! 

peridot flys away leaving you with the crystal gems and peridots foot 

garnet: theres no where for you to run y/n

steven: yeah just come with us peacefully, you could become a crystal gem

you look down at them uninterested

y/n: nah I'm good, I like peridot more anyway 

you sprout wings shocking everyone and blast through the ceiling 

Steven has stars in his eyes and begins giggling 

steven: just like a dragon!!!

Pearl: since when could he do any of this? and he likes peridot more than us?! quite insulting 

Garnet: you did throw a spear into his back 

steven: sorry I didn't see y/n and let peridot get away

Pearl: don't worry steven next time we'll get the rest of her 

Pearl says while holding up peridots metal foot

A/N

alright now I probably won't be updating for a while until we get some comments because our story can go into two separate directions now and I really don't want to choose 

1. have the gems capture y/n and peridot and have the help with the drill, befriend lapis, etc

2. have them go against the crystal gems and peridot too, befriend jasper?, or maybe interact with the dormant malachite sleeping at the bottom of the ocean

and then there is still the aspect of fusion I want to explore which could happen in both these scenarios, for the first scenario I see y/n fusing with garnet in the episode log date 7 15 2 but for the second I could see him fusing with jasper to try and take the gems and create some sort of super fusion its really up to you guys as always I'm tired bye
