Eva was on cloud nine from her date with Loki. Everyone could tell, she was brighter, more bubbly than usual, and always smiling.
Unfortunately, Loki had to go back to Asgard to help Thor with something the morning after their date, but he wrote her a note explaining everything so when she woke up she'd know, that he couldn't wait for her to wake up to tell her face to face, because time was of the essence in this situation.
But he'd make sure Heimdall was watching her.
One day Eva sat down at the piano and started playing a tune, one that Heimdall really liked, he'd made a mental note to ask Loki to ask Eva about it.
She was playing a tune that she loved, it showed her happiness. Happiness that was brought on by Loki. And she quickly questioned herself.
'Did she love him?'
Eva thought that he loved her, but was this love? Or was it too earlier?
Everything just felt right when she was with him, the date felt like it was meant to be, she wouldn't change anything about what he'd planned.
But what about her father?
~ EVA & TONY ~
It was a daddy-daughter afternoon lunch.
"So how is school going?" Tony starts.
"Good." Eva answered with a smile, she knew her father wanted to ask her something else, but was easing his way into it.
"So, is there anything you want to tell me?" Tony asks.
Eva looks at him and shakes her head. "No."
Tony sighs and rolls his eyes. "Come on Eva! Your really going to make me ask?"
She laughed. "Yes dad! You have to ask me so I know what it is you actually want to know. I can't read minds you know."
"You know we have someone on the team that can do that." Tony said.
She nods. "I know, Wanda. Loki can to."
Tony huffs. "I didn't know that. I'll have to talk to him about that soon, he could be good with interrogations, give Wanda a break."
Eva shakes her head. "I don't think Wanda will like that. She likes to feel useful."
Tony nods. "We are getting off track here! We're here to talk about you!"
Eva raised a brow. "Are we though?"
Tony sighs. "What's going on with you and Loki?"
Eva smiled. "How long have you been dying to ask me that?"
"A while. Please answer the question."
Eva sighed. "I'm not entirely sure myself. We're soulmates, and I like spending time with him. He makes me feel safe."
Tony scoffed. "Loki? The God of Mischief makes you feel safe?"
Eva shook her head. "I can't explain it, and you probably wouldn't understand, but he does. That's how I feel."
Tony rolled his eyes. "Well, I actually have a family vacation planned. Just you, Pepper and I. Are you interested?"
Eva looked her father in his eyes. "To where?"
"Alaska. That's where Pepper picked."
"Farthest place she can get from New York and the Avengers?" Eva guessed.
Tony nods. "Probably. You coming?"
Eva nods. "Yeah. That actually sounds great!"
Tony smiled at his daughters happiness.
