VALENTINES DAY HEADCANNONS!

Neil:
- this man seriously goes all out for valentines. Seriously!! He was already planning months in advance
- in the morning you wake up to find a letter sent by Neil, handwritten and very genuine and heartfelt
- after pouring out his heart in his letter to you, he suggests to wear something pretty for your special date coming later ;)
- with it being a fairly small town and Neil not having much money, you guys went to the diner that all the kids went to
- of course you didn't care, the gesture was enough and you loved that Neil was being a gentleman. Paying for your food, letting you order what you wanted, being in awe of you (when is he not?)
- you ended the night with going to the cave where he wrote his very own poem for you
- you ended up crying and he kissed your tears away, feeling so lucky to call you his

Charlie:
- Charlie is one to show out, and oh show out he did
- he woke you up that morning with a (not so smooth) jazz solo, and a single rose
- you woke up scared out of your wits, but found his gesture really admirable (and outlandish)
- after Charlie got berated for waking almost everyone up at Welton with his playing, and after he met you before class and totally broke the rules by kissing you fiercely
- "I've wanted to do that ever since they had me in the office. I could've died in there, Y/n!!"
-"Charlie you were in the office for 15 minutes, but sure."
- after school, Charlie took you out to the local park where you found a picnic set out for the two of you
- you also saw the rest of the crew running away, and you assumed they had just got done setting this up for you guys (awww they ship you two 🥰)
- Charlie and you spent the whole night eating, cracking jokes, and kissing under the stars

Todd:
- now Todd is not one for big gestures, or really anything that draws attention to him in general, so you both agreed that you would focus on Valentine's Day after school
- Todd was so excited for this day, but also scared. He had asked Neil and Charlie for help 10000020023984 times and still felt unprepared
- having agreed to meet by the lake, you saw Todd waiting with a bouquet of flowers he picked himself and a little gift box. You squealed with delight, finally able to show him affection where no one would make him uncomfortable !!
- he kissed you softly, and urged you to open the box. It was a heart shaped locket with a small picture of y'all inside. Also, it had his first intial and your initial engraved inside, too
- you absolutely loved this gift and nearly knocked Todd over from hugging him so hard

Steven:
- you were a bit nervous for Steven on Valentine's Day because you hated him to feel pressure, but he went off!!
- the night of Valentine's Day, he took you to the rooftop on Welton and had set out lanterns and small candles in a heart shape. He had music from his radio playing, softly and so sweet
- you were taken aback, you hadn't thought he'd do all of this!! But he absolutely loves you so he would've done anything just to make you smile
- he reached out his hand and pulled you against his body, you guys swaying to the music
- this was utter bliss for the both of you, and you would always remember his romantic gesture

Pitts:
- my boy loves Valentine's Day and he loves you even more
- the whole day he was giving you little homemade gifts; handwritten notes, poems, a bracelet he threaded out of leather, and an paper swan he made!!
- he felt bad he couldn't go all out, but that didn't matter to you. To have his affection was enough
- you guys spent the whole night in the lounge room, where you whispered sweet nothings to each other and stole secret kisses when you felt no one was looking :)))

Knox:
- knox is surely a romantic, but he really goes overboard for Valentine's Day
- you don't know how he got into your room the morning of Valentine's Day but you woke up with a huge rose boquet on your bedside table and a letter from Knox
- you were a little taken aback but loved the surprise
- the letter told you to meet him that night in the cave around 9, and ohhh you were excited
- that night he was there in a suit and tie, looking handsome. He somehow had a bottle of wine he snuck from god knows where, and two glasses.
- not asking where he got it, you just drank and laughed the night away with him, and it was awesome
- you both got very sappy when drunk, so must of the night was filled with kissing and hugging and just being with each other

Richard:
- oh Richard Richard Richard, the loveliest uptight boy we ever did see
- he doesn't really break any rules for Valentine's Day like breaking curfew or stealing alcohol or blasting a saxophone at 5:30 am like SOME people but he does what he can
- he got you a chocolate tray and he did write a short and sweet note
- you loved seeing Richard a blushing mess so all day you caught him off guard by kissing him, and his cheeks hurt from blushing and smiling
- he loved Valentine's Day because it was another reminder of how lucky he was to have someone so gorgeous in his life
