"How have you been?" Amelia asked brushing some hair from her face and looking at Leah with a frown, she knew that things hadn't been going well for her sister-in-law; she wished that Aiden could see how much he was hurting her.

Amelia wasn't sure what it would take to make Aiden see that they didn't have to do this alone, she was sure that two sets of three would be better than one and that they would defeat the Source.

Leah sighed shrugging her shoulders, it had been two weeks since she had really spoken to her husband and Christmas had been so strange without him around; she refused to back down when she had done nothing wrong.

Amelia sighed trying to settle Aaron, she fussed over her son knowing that it had been a long day for him and it was soon time for his nap; he was four months old and she never tired of spending time with him.

Leah watched Amelia with Aaron, she felt a little jealous about the fact that her sister-in-law's life; she hadn't told Aiden that she was pregnant yet and she wouldn't do so until he snapped out of his funk.

"I have my first doctor's appointment next week," Leah murmured softly, she wasn't sure that Aiden would have gained her forgiveness by then but she was going with her mother and that was okay.

Sue was thrilled with the news that Leah was going to have a baby, she had been so worried that her daughter would never get the chance to be a mother and now she was going to have a baby in August something which excited her.

"That should be good," Amelia mumbled remembering her first scan, she had heard the baby's heartbeat and Paul had been so emotional that he had even cried a little bit.

The couple knew that things weren't always going to be easy but they were making the most of things right now; they had no idea what to expect and they weren't going to let things drag them down.

Alicia grumbled flicking through her homework, she couldn't believe that she had gotten so much homework during the Christmas holidays; she mumbled to herself hating her teachers and she couldn't wait to graduate.

Embry chuckled next to her, they had decided to get a start on their homework and he knew that it was the only break she was getting from Aiden's madness; he wasn't letting up even after Leah had moved out of their home.

"I hate this," Alicia muttered looking at Embry, she pouted at him and wondered if she could convince him to have some fun instead; she didn't want to do her homework not when she had no idea if she would even see graduation.

Plans were being made for them to travel to Italy in March, Aiden didn't want the Source expanding his control over the Volturi more than needed and the vampires they needed to help them would be arriving soon.

"You need to do your homework... otherwise you won't graduate," Embry replied carrying on with his, he didn't look up at Alicia knowing that she was pouting and he had no intentions of giving in.

Embry knew that Alicia didn't think they would be able to defeat the Source, she had no hopes of actually reaching her graduation; she seemed to be giving up before they had even tried.

"What's the point," Alicia muttered shaking her head, she didn't see the point trying to work out what was going to happen.

Aiden was destroying his life trying to make sure they didn't fail while Amelia was trying to enjoy what time she had left; Alicia didn't want to sit around and pretend that everything was okay.

Embry looked at his girlfriend, he didn't want her thinking like that and he was sure that everything was going to be okay; he wanted her to have faith in the future that they would have.

"Don't think like that," Embry whispered taking Alicia's hand, he wanted everything to be perfect and he was sure that things were going to be okay; he didn't want Alicia just giving up before they took a chance.

Alicia sighed shaking her head, she wanted to believe him and she wished that she could but she just didn't have it in her to believe; she wanted nothing more than to focus on what time she had left.

"What else am I supposed to think," Alicia whispered back peeking towards the living room where she knew that Embry's mother was, the woman didn't know anything about what was going on and she wanted to keep it that way.

Embry stared at Alicia, he knew things weren't great right now and that the witches were pretty divided; they just needed something to bring them all together again for the battle.

"It's gonna be okay," Embry said firmly, he wasn't going to give up and they still had a future together; that was what he was sure about, he wasn't going to just throw his life away without a fight.

Alicia stared at Embry with tears in her eyes, she leant forward and kissed Embry softly; she wrapped her arms around him and she knew that things weren't going to easy.

"I wish I could believe that," Alicia whispered to Embry before she got to his feet and walked away, she didn't want to break down in front of him; she hated that things could be coming to an end and she seemed to be the only one that was scared of what might happen.

Alicia clapped a hand over her mouth as she stepped out of the house, she slowly started to break down and cry; she wasn't ready to die and she wished that she didn't have to.

Aiden ran a hand through his hair as he walked into his home, it was so quiet now that his wife had walked out on him; he didn't know what to do to make this right, he didn't even know why she had left.

Aiden knew that he had been a little crazy recently with all the demon fighting that he had forgotten to focus on his family but he was doing this so that he and Leah would have a future.

Amelia wasn't taking this seriously and Alicia didn't seem to care, he was the only one doing anything and he refused to turn to Piper, Phoebe and Paige for help when they could handle things just fine.

Aiden shook his head moving to check for voicemail, he hoped to hear from Leah and maybe to hear that she was coming home; he didn't want to lose her when things would one day get better for them.

Aiden was a little disappointed when he saw that there were no messages from his wife, he sighed leaning against the wall and wondered if maybe he should go around to her mother's to see her.

Leah had barely said two words to him since she had moved out and Aiden knew that she spoke to Amelia a lot; he had no idea what was going on but he wished that Leah would talk to him.

Shaking his head, Aiden headed upstairs so that he could get a shower after his afternoon jog; he had a lot more research to do on how to defeat the Source and he still had no idea on how to do it.

Aiden was beginning to think that Amelia might be right about contacting their cousins for help, they were going to find it hard to defeat the Source alone and even with the vampires gathering to help them again it wasn't going to be enough.

Aiden sighed knowing that it was going to take one big gesture to make up for how he had been acting in the last few weeks; he needed to make things right before it was too late.
