Love doesn't have to be hard

Chapter 13: Spring Break Trip

Zed rented us a cabin for Spring Break near Lake Cushman. He finished work on Friday morning, showered, and then came and picked me up. 

We did the domestic thing and grocery-shopped before we left Seattle. We got sodas, food, snacks, and hot chocolate, and Zed bought some alcohol.

We drove to the cabin, which was about a two-hour drive from Seattle. It was completely secluded. There was no one around the rental. It was a beautiful A-frame cabin. 

The furniture was dark leather, and the walls and floors were all wood. It had two bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a fireplace, a fire pit outside, and a jacuzzi.

This is the first time it's just Zed and I. Normally, Steph was my roommate, Tyler was his, and now I live with Christian and Kimberly. 

This is the first time it will be just the two of us, and we can actually see what it will be like when we move in together in eight weeks. 

He wrapped his arms around my waist as he stood behind me. "So, do you like it?"

"It's beautiful and perfect for us. This is the first time it's been just the two of us."

"I know, and now we can see how fun it can be living alone." She turned around in his arms so she was now facing him. He smiled at her, and she kissed him. 

Clothes went flying, and they made love in the living room. He placed a blanket down by the fireplace.  

She was lying in his arms as the fire was going right beside them. "This is very romantic."

"Yeah, it is. You look so beautiful with the glow of the fire dancing in your eyes and that freshly pleasured aura on your face." She smiled up at him.

"I missed you so much," she said as she smiled at him and ran her fingers across his cheeks.

"I missed you, too, babe. Look, we have an entire week together here, then two more nights when we go back to Seattle."

"I know, and I am so happy about having you for nine nights." 

"I found a job in Seattle at a mechanic shop. He agreed to let me start after summer when we return for school."

"How long are we staying in Florida?"

"I figured we would stay for like six weeks and return a couple of weeks before school starts." 

"Oh, okay, but what if your parents don't like me and we are in their house for six weeks? Also, will we have to sleep in separate rooms?"

"Um, no, my parents aren't like that. They know we are together and that I visit you every weekend. So, you will be staying in my room and sleeping in my bed with me. Luckily, my room at my parent's house is the entire basement. There is a bedroom, a bathroom, a living room, and a small kitchen area."

"So, we will have the entire basement almost like an apartment for six weeks?"

"Yep, and my dad placed some soundproofing panels over the ceiling when I was at home because my music would bother them, so no one could hear a thing. You can get as loud as you want, and we can lock the door so no one disturbs us."

"Zed, we will still be in your parent's house. We can't do that."

"So, you are going to go six weeks without making love even tho you will be sleeping beside me every night? Hell, my parents still fuck; that was horrible when I was younger to find out."

She laughed, "So, did you see them or hear them?"

"Both; I came home early one day from school, and my dad had my mom on the kitchen counter. I walked right in on it. I was in high school and suffered major trauma after seeing that."
