We have enjoyed the last two weeks in our home. We have cooked together and cleaned up together. We have done laundry together, and we have made so many great memories.
I love nothing more than seeing my girl in the kitchen or on the couch in nothing but my shirt and her sexy little underwear.
We are packed. Tessa packed all of our stuff last night. She checked our bags three times to ensure we had everything.
She is nervous about meeting my family, and I have told her that they already love her. Her mom wasn't very happy when we went down last weekend and told her we were engaged and getting married next year.
Carol went on and on about us rushing into this. I told her we had been together for eight months, we were living together, and I would prefer to be married rather than shacking up with her daughter. She looked at me and actually agreed with me.
Tessa was stressed because of everything her mother said. She came home and sat quietly on the couch. I sat beside her and held her hand. I asked her if she was rethinking the engagement, and she looked at me and said no; I just wished my mother could be supportive of my decisions.
She is pacing around the house, nervous because she has never been on a plane before. I grab her and pull her into my chest.
"Calm down, baby. I promise it will be fine. I will be right there beside you, and we can sneak to the bathroom and join the mile-high club." She smacked my arm playfully.
"That is not happening. I would freak out if anyone knew what we were doing in the bathroom. Plus, I can't really be quiet when I make love to you."
"Oh, I know that, and I love hearing you moan and yell my name. Alright, sweetheart, are you ready?"
"Yes, I am. Thank you for being so sweet; I love you."
"I love you and just being a good fiance."
He grabbed the suitcases, and we left. I locked the door after he took the bags out. I followed behind him, and he loaded them into my trunk.
Kim is picking my car up for me tonight and then will drop it back off the day before our flight is scheduled. That way, we don't have to pay to park for six weeks. Zed has already paid the rent through the summer, and he set the cable, electricity, and water to come out of his account.
We arrived at the airport, and he unloaded the bags. He pulls them through the daily parking lot, and I am following him. He walked up to the kiosk and entered the info, walked to the counter, and laid both our suitcases on the scale. Then, we started walking to the security checkpoint.
We empty our pockets, remove our shoes, and then walk through the metal detector. We then put all of our stuff back into our pockets and put our shoes back on.
We walked through the airport until we came to our gate number. We take a seat, and he puts his arm around me, and we sit like this until our flight is called.
"Okay, baby, here we go." He took my hand, and we got in line. He pulls up our ticket on his phone. He got us a direct flight, so we have no layovers. We find our seats and sit down. We each have our carry-on bags.
We were sitting there talking when the flight attendants started explaining things to us. I paid attention; he just watched me.
The plane started moving, and I grabbed his hand. "Take off and landing are the worst part except if we hit any turbulence. Just close your eyes and breathe." I can feel the plane picking up speed, and then I can tell we are in the air. "You got this, baby. We are good, I promise." In just a few minutes, the plane is level, and we are flying. "The worst part is over."
