Alex looked at the two as they shared some sort of shock.
"Alex as in Hoodie and Masky?" Valley asked.

"This is sooooooo story line tastic!" Charley said, earning a laugh from Valley. Alex wondered wether he should ask about why they laughed, but it didn't seem as important.

"You know them?" Alex said, his tone turning more and more sad, "How do you know I'm—was associated... knew them, in the past..."

"Funny story," Valley said, and Charley laughed as she said 'story', "They're in the dungeon, for the same reason as us."

Alex remained silent as he processed the information.
"God, they probably hate me..." he said.

Charley shook his head. "Maybe not, maybe they just don't know who to blame, so they blame everyone who was involved."

"All but the Slenderman," Alex said, suddenly bitterly. He then got up. "They turned their back on me. They went with that... that cursed entity!" What a bad day for insults. "Maybe I should torture you anyway, if you're with them!"

Valley smiled nervously. This was not going the right way.
"Maybe not?"

As Charley suddenly held up his hands, Valley looked with surprised eyes. They were supposed to be locked up, how did he?

"Maybe Jeff is a good teacher?" Charley grinned.

Alex didn't hesitate, he hurried to Charley. Valley sat stuck, watching as the two fought. She found that Charley was very skilled, he had zero hesitation as he grabbed some weird tool and tore away the flesh from Alex.
When finally Charley loosened Valley's bounds, Alex lay unconscious, probably soon to die.

"What's next?" Valley asked as she rubbed her wrists. They were red, but Valley ignored it. "Should we escape? Where would we even go?"

"I think we should throw Alex into Masky and Hoodie's faces," Charley said. Valley wondered about the amusement in his eyes.

"Do you think we can... in any way... survive?"

Pausing, Charley thought about it, but then he shook his head.
Valley nodded.

She looked around and smiled a bit. "What if we grab some weapons? We might as well cause a ruckus while we're at it."

Charley's fresh grin had Valley on her feet.

When the two stepped into the hallway, a guard hurried to them, but Valley was quick to stab him with a dagger.
Charley finished the guard off and found some keys.

Inside the dungeon not far off, the two managed to kill the guards, catching them way off guard. Masky and Hoodie looked up in surprise.

"Guess what?" Valley said as she hurried to the cell. She held on to the bars as she grinned at the two. "We found Alex! Or well, he found us, and we knocked him out!"

Masky and Hoodie stayed quiet both hiding their expressions in their masks as they looked up.

As Charley looked at the door, he waved the key in the air. "Should we unlock the cell?"

Valley frowned. "What about us? They'll kill us, that's not good."

"True," Charley agreed as he put a finger to his chin, "But what if they'll somehow spare us? I mean, we could put up a lie that, in truth, we're just saving them."

"Fine!" Hoodie said before Valley could reply. "Fine! We'll lie to Slender! Just stop being so unhinged!"

Charley let out a small cheer. "That's great!"
