Valley crossed her legs as she sat on a desk. The classroom was empty. Everyone was eating lunch where they were supposed to, but Valley sat with one certain Creepypasta in an empty classroom.

The two talked excitedly about the books they had recommended each other, and almost did Valley think of E.J as her friend.
She didn't, but for this one moment she smiled cheerfully.

Charley found Smile. Smile was a husky with a strange smile for its mouth. He looked at it uncomfortably, and the dog stared back. Remembering what was at stake, Charley carefully reached out to peg the dog.

The dog did nothing at first. Then it jumped and with its front paws it pushed Charley onto his back.

"Argh!" Charley called out when the dog's claws bore through his chest. It's heavy weight had him lose all the air in his longs as he stared right into its red eyes.
They continued to stare.

"Come on Smile," Jeff said as he caught the two, "Kill him!"

The dog though, didn't move. Then slowly it moved to Charley's pocket. Charley's sly smile was held back as the plan yet had to work. The dog found the treat and got off Charley's chest.
Carefully Charley petted the dog, his smile finally making way on his face.

Jeff stared in surprise. "Huh, you're a dog guy."

Charley got up and patted some dirt off his pants. "Yeah," he lied as he rubbed his chest, "This one likes to play it rough, what's his name?"

"Smile!" Jeff said proudly. At the name, the dog looked up and Charley smiled. He didn't actually feel joy. Where you'd expect a cute dog to look up, really there was the murderous gaze of something similar of a wolf— no a bear!

The two started talking, and Charley used the knowledge he had gotten from the library. Dogs weren't his interest before, but today it was.

"Hey Toby," Valley said, though Charley held her back from walking to him.

"He's already on out side."

Valley frowned at her best friend. "Oh? When did we ask him then?"

Charley smiled.
"Hey Toby!"
The boy confusedly walked up to the two, wondering what this was about.
"If Valley would ask you to die in a betraying, yet spectacular way, would you say yes?"

Valley raised her eyebrow at Charley, but much to her surprise, Toby gave a half hearted shrug. He was desperate not to lock eyes with anyone.
"I might."

"Huh," Valleh said in surprise, "Good thing were not planning anything crazy, then."

Charley chuckled and shook his head. Still Valley was oblivious.

"Have you heard?" A student held their hand across their mouth.
The other student scooted closer to hear the rumour it better.
"Tomorrow everyone will fight back. Alert every other student. We're gonna break out."

"Have you heard?" Another student said on the other side of the castle. The student nodded and flashed a mischievous smile. While Masky looked in confusion, Hoodie hesitantly turned Masky away, knowing what it was about.

Slender stood in his office, his back to the bookcase in front of him as he tried to find his book.

"The students," a Proxie said darkly, "I think they're planning something."

Slender slowly turned around. He had felt the shift in loyalty. He had felt it slowly tearing away like someone pulled scissors through paper. Slender stayed quiet as he thought.

It must be Zalgo causing this.
Slender thought of the portal. He thought of the army, he thought of his only hope. "Send a team to investigate what this is about."

"How?" The Proxie asked carefully.

Slender waved a hand as he returned to his books. "See if you can find anything in Zalgo's realm."

A mission to death, the Proxie thought bitterly. He couldn't disobey he knew.

Everything was prepared.
Valley knew that doing this held it's own consequences, but Charley and her mind were made up.

"Ready?" Charley asked.

Valley nodded and together they lighted the curtain.

One fire was only the start, Valley knew as she walked away. People would see the ruckus and they would know. Either that or they would soon realise when a dagger was thrown in their face.
