𝐒𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬

𝐒𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝟑𝟐.

It was the end of vacation now after a few more days. Enola grew to have a better time with John B. They didn't mention Sarah at all. They laid on the long chairs by the pool, He played with her hair before they fell asleep every night as the watched comedy movies. They'd hugged tightly in the shower after spending long hours at the beach. Being under the hot water in the nude, didn't help them stay so settle around each other during and after the shower.

Topper, Wheezie, and Rose although sometimes without The two love birds, they would play volleyball at the beach with them sometimes. They went on every water slide at the resort together.  Even they had Rose go on the big slides although she yelped a lot on the drops making them all laugh.

Topper spent some time recollecting everything. With himself and with Sarah. He wasn't planning on getting back with Sarah no matter how much he pains for her grasp. How her presence used to make him smile. He would pull his self respect away for that again.. so he would lay crying sometimes at night before falling asleep. He hopes to talk to Sarah soon and leave off with her in peace and give himself clarity. Love is no longer something he'll prioritize, at least romantically. Topper didn't bother to call Rafe about any of that but even Rafe may catch on. So he'd have to say something eventually. He doesn't want to just in case Rafe will end up mad with Sarah and with Enola and Sarah not in good terms, their family may end up broken again like before, even without Ward in the picture.

"Two twin sisters with bad blood doesn't seem like a common occurrence but they're sisters, sisters have bad blood at points although not this kind..", Topper would tell himself just as he boarded that plane back to OuterBanks.

Rose hopes for the family to be good again as it'll take day by day. She's willing to accept that at least and for everyone to go on and ease into their own peace. She hopes to hear their giggles again among each other. Just in time before Rafe even visits again.

"They're sisters.. it being that.. really makes this all the more sad..", Rose said talking beside Topper on the plane.

"The word sisters, definitely makes it more heartbreaking.. I hope that if I have a best friend like a sister.. that.. this never happens", Wheezie said butting in.

Enola sat behind the three with John B. John B was sleeping and Enola wasn't. She didn't want to sleep, she felt like time would go by quicker and then they'd be back home. And that's where Sarah is. She feels it'll be awkward and she's not ready for that.

For the time spent on the plane, she just listened to music. Summer music that gave her a deep rooted nostalgia for better times.

Sarah spent her days alone.. actually meeting up with John B's friends. She told them about what she had done before they could. To give them a heads up if they suspect awkwardness when they come back. Sarah felt good to let it out. But she didn't feel good about the people she was telling it too. She regrets everything  and she should've right away to begin with.

The group was surprised and they didn't know what else much to say. But JJ voiced his anger. He cares for John B with everything as he knew him from three years old, so he cares for Enola too. He hated what Sarah  had started, how she could be so selfish when she already had something so good. It opened up Kie and Rhymes eyes as well. Kie could've had something good with JJ and she rejected him. And now she's trying to get him now that he's feeling something for someone new, Rhyme. Kie wanted to apologize. She didn't want to mess anything up for JJ and make things unfair. So she was going to focus on suppressing anything but staying away until things are gone for good. Maybe then she could really see the good parts of Rhyme.

"You better never try some shit like that again. That's your sister Sarah. She's great, the both of you were actually. I actually liked seeing yalls sister bond from afar and my boy John B is loyal and he'll treat Enola right always and you're not gonna take that away. So yeah.. taking the time to check yourself and be more considerate, would be the best route. You fucked up bad. It's good they put a stop to it before you could push it any further. Never let jealousy get the best of you, before you do that, look at the things you have.. it's..it's more than you could know..", JJ said as he then walked away as everyone else nodded. They all then walked away as well.

Sarah ran her fingers through her hair as she took a deep breath. Having the reality be thrown at her face hurt, but she knew it was all right. She knew JJ was right. How everyone else was. Now she was determined to be a better person. She doesn't claim to have been much of a person before now as well.

When everyone gets home, Sarah plans to stay quiet and stay away. To give them space. So she'll definitely try staying at her friend's house for a while. But she knows staying away doesn't mean that everyone should forget what she did and move on. Whatever how long it takes. She's gonna try and make things better even though they'll never be the same.

A/n: That's the end of this first story. I just want to complete this one now because I'm running out of motivation and I want to take some time to find it again to make a continuation of this plot. So it is not the end!
