Chapter-73

Aarohi came to her room running and locked it. She just slumped at the door hugging her knees she rested her head. Sobbing she was replaying the happenings of the evening.

Aarohi pov
Mujhe haa bolna tha lekin maine kya bola nahi! Kyu kyu aaya voh shabd meri muh se? But I'm really not ready again for a heart break. Meri zindagi main shaadi ka matlab separate hona hi hai. Shayad isliye I couldn't bring myself to say yes. But what will he think I shouldn't have said in that way.  But I'm scared of marriage I'm insecure of it. Did I really end all on my own this time?

She just rested there thinking of everything from the first how marriage topic always left her alone and heartbroken.

The other side all the team members were awkward to talk. All were looking at Shreyas not knowing how to console him. He just nodded his head to Rohit and Virat who asked him through their eyes if he was okay and left to his room. The team too went to their rooms.

Coming to his room Shreyas sat with thud on his bed. He wasn't able to register what just happened. He took that step to protect her, give their relation a name which provides them a respect from the society and stop dragging her in their useless trolls. But who was he talking with? The Aarohi Goenka whom no one can predict what's going to be her move.

He was hurt, very hurt this time. Not because she rejected him but because he somewhere know the reason for rejection. If it is actually the same reason then he was sure he is not gonna put more efforts this time.

After thinking a lot he decided that he'll act normally tomorrow like nothing really happened. When the right time comes he'll just ask Aarohi the reason for rejection that's it. He wants to respect her decision and gonna focus on the upcoming matches.

With these thoughts running in his mind he wanted to get some sleep which is far away. Aarohi on the other hand couldn't bring herself even to the bed being in guilt. Surely a sleepless night it was for both of them.

The next morning Aarohi didn't dare to breakfast as she know she'll feel embarrassed to face the team.

Shreyas joined them as usual. He was like his normal self so they didn't further interrogate him. It was SKY and Ro who asked a plate of breakfast for Aarohi and went to her room knowing her very well.

Going there they knocked the door. Aarohi opened it and entering inside they saw the room in the messy condition. Sky and Ro gave each other a look before going near her. "Aaru what happened why you didn't come to breakfast?" Asked Ro concerned. Aarohi just looked at him shocked.

"Aisa kyun dekh rahi ho?" This time it was Sky. She nodded her head in a no. Seeing both of her brothers look she just sighed and said "it's because I couldn't face u people and him after whatever happened yesterday" Said Aarohi timidly. "I also thought u would be angry on me for the last night doings of mine. So u guys coming and giving the breakfast is what I didn't expect" continued Aarohi.

Hearing her both of them face palmed themselves thinking how every insane person in the world can manage to be a part of ict. "See Aaru we said it before and now too whatever happened between u two will not bother the team until u guys r happy with ur decisions. We made it clear then only that both of you are important for us." Said Rohit.

Sky seeing the condition of the room said "and clear seems that u are only not happy with ur decision. I know pretty well that you also want to take ur relation further then what happened Aaru?"

That's it Aarohi couldn't control and hugged him saying with hiccups and crying "I am scared bhaiyu scared of marriage. Even though I know very well that this time he won't leave me alone it's my insecurity. The last time with Neil too I was so sure but what happened? I can't handle another heartbreak now bhaiyu" Aarohi poured all her insecurities.
