Jason's pov

The look on her face the past two nights has been pure happiness. I've never seen her so happy. Keely is at school so I go talk to her. "Honey, I'm not downing on your parade or anything but what's got you so happy?" I ask. She smiles again. "It's something that happened that I fixed, and I don't know if I should tell you." She says. "Oh don't cliffhanger me baby, ya gotta tell me now." I say, grabbing her around her waist and holding her still. "Tell me." I say, kissing her neck. She turns around and kisses my lips. "It'll be confusing and you probably won't believe me." She says, twirling some of my hair around her finger. "What is it?" I ask. "You died. But I brought you back." She says. My hands fall to my sides. Wait?! I died?! "How?" I ask. "A copperhead bit ya." She says. I'm way caught off guard. It must've been the same way she was brought back. "How'd you bring me back?" I ask. "A spell." She whispers. "In fact you showed me it." She says. I raise an eyebrow in confusion. "I really don't like talking about it so can we forget about it?" She asks. I smile. "Sure, sweetheart anything you want." I say, kissing her. We sit on the couch. "I've been thinking do you ever wanna have another kid?" I ask. She's a little surprised by the question. "Why are having kids suddenly on your mind?" She responds. I shrug and lean back nervously. "Just forget I ever said anything." I say quickly. She shakes her head."what are ya trying to say, Jason?" She asks. I wish I just kept my mouth shut. "I've always wanted a little boy." I say, quietly. She smiles. "You know I have too. I've told you like a billion times but it's just luck of the draw. What if it happens to be another girl?" She says. "I'd love her just the same. I just want to give it a try." I say, hugging her. "Well then what are we waiting for?" She asks, surprising me. "Right now?!" I gape. She nods. "We can't. Keely will be home soon!" I say. She rolls her eyes. "I'll call Lori and ask her to babysit. She won't mind." She says. I stand up. "I guess if we've got the kid taken care of..." I mumble letting my voice trail off. She smiles and texts Lori and Keely. That takes care of that. We get an OK response from both girls. "Couch or bedroom?" I ask. She smiles flirtatiously. "What about like our first time in the cab of that truck out front?" She asks. Oh going back a long time ago. "Sounds great baby." I say, kissing her on the lips. She takes my hand. We go out to my truck. "Just like our first time only this time it won't be the last time." She says, grinning.
