HER SECOND CHANCE (2) DONE ✅

CHAPTER 2

LISA POV

I am in the kitchen with Jessica preparing dinner. We prepared a healthy meal with a shrimp salad because it is Jennie favourite and mine too, roast chicken with veggies and a tiramisu. I am not a great cooker but I improved my skills thanks to Jessica. And I really want to be better for My Jennie.

Once we finished I rushed to my room to get ready, she will be here soon so I have to hurry if I want to be in time and want to be the first person she will see when she will be at home.

I take a shower, I brushed my long brown hair by doing a few curls and putting a little bar on the side. I always had a mid length hair but Jennie love them more long. I slipped in red sleeveless dress not too short because I find that vulgar. The dress is just above my knees and perfectly fitting my curves. I put a light make-up some foundation, a fine line of eyeliner and pink gloss. I look at my reflexion in the mirror it's perfect not too much just the right thing. I noticed nevertheless that I gained weight I think I must work out if I don't want to become a hippo!

I still have a little time so I decided to put nail polish, the black one. I put on my jewels, I prefer discretion and refinement in everything so I chose a pair of a small earrings, silver hand watch and of course my wedding ring that I never remove. I would have liked it to be smaller than that but Jennie insisted on offering me a big diamond.

'You are my wife, a billionaire's wife after all so your wedding ring must prove it she said'

Jennie will be here in a few moments so I went downstairs. I checked the table and everything was perfect Jessica even laid out the flowers I picked in the garden, white lily my favourite.

"Everything is ready Lisa you can relax sweetie.." Jessica reassured me

"I can't wait to see her." I giggled.

With that I heard the car, I run to the front door to welcome Jennie. I hugged her so tightly to show her how much I am happy to see her.

"Hi my love, you miss that much.." She laughed.

"And much more if only you known.." I said.

We kissed each other passionately until we heard a cough. It was Jessica.

"Good evening Jennie."

"Good evening Jess how are you.."

"Fine thank you, hope you had a good journey.." She asked.

"Yes and I am glad to be back.."

"Let me get rid of your stuff." I said by taking off her jacket.

"Thank you babe.."

"Hope you are hungry because Jess and I prepared a delicious dinner for you.." I said smiling.

"Yes I am starving but I need a shower before.."

"Ok I am going to accompany you.."

As soon as we entered the room she closed the door behind her and she gave me a hungry kiss to which I responded with the same hunger.

"You look so beautiful love... oh my God I miss you so fucking much.." She said with her forehead resting on mine.

I smiled feeling the butterflies all over my belly I always asked myself how I can still feel this way after 3 years of relationship, one year as her girlfriend ant two as her wife.

"I love you babe.." I whispered.

"I love you more.."

"Take your shower I will prepare your clothes so we can having dinner.."

"Ok I will be quick.." She said giving me a peck on my lips.

We have dined while telling me about her trip. After she offered to stay in the living room but I preferred went up to our room because she looked very tired.

I removed my make-up and changed putting a little blue dark nightie. She was already in bed waiting for me. I sneaked under the sheets she took me in her strong arms and I rested my head on her chest smelling her neck Oh God I miss this scent.

She looked at me with dark eyes and stooped down to give me a soft kiss.

"I miss you love.." She said.

"Really and how much." I teased.

"I can't tell but I can show you sweetheart.."

"I won't ask for more.." I giggled.

With that she jumped on me and gave me one of my best nights.
