Two Months Later,
It was the first day of junior year Billie Ann found her cousin Dottie along with Bucky and his friends all together.
"Do I look ok Dottie?" She said as she did a spin.
"You look great BA." Dottie said as they hugged.
Bucky and Dottie took her around the school for a tour as the crew followed closely behind them. It was time for first period, they walked into Mrs Fox's room who taught the class for the singer students.
"Good morning class." She said as she stood on the stage of the auditorium.
Everyone said good morning in unison, she did role call.
"Ok you all know Mr Gibson our piano teacher. We are going to start with vocal warmups." Mrs Fox said so everyone stood up.
They all began to do vocal warmups along with the notes that Mr Gibson played.
"Good job ladies and gentleman. Now we are going to do some solos to see who will be our soloists this year." She said
She called out students at random, when she called up Bucky he took over the piano. He began to play and sing "Faithfully" by Journey. Then Mrs Fox called on Billie Ann for her turn.
She told Mr Gibson her song, he began to play "At Last" by Etta James. She held the mic and was lost in her own world as she began to sing. Bucky dropped his phone as his jaw hit the floor and Mrs Fox stood frozen as she dropped her papers.
Billie Ann finished, and everyone stood up clapping. She sat down beside Bucky.
"That was amazing..I don't think I've ever seen Mrs Fox so frozen." He said
She smiled at him, "You are pretty amazing too. Do you have photographic memory to play without the music like you did?" She said
"I do. My grandma noticed it when I was 3." He said
"That's incredible." She said
After her day was over she went home she found Whitney laying in Robert's bed. She told her all about her day, and how she shocked Mrs Fox.
