Ripper: "A good way to put it. So...you caught me, huh?"
Harris: "That's correct. You'll face charges according to what's written in this report. First question, what's your defense?"
Ripper: "What does my expression tell you?"
Harris: "Nothing that will answer the question,"
Ripper: "How, sad... I can't help you and you're about to lose me,"
Harris: "Second question... how would you describe yourself?"
Ripper: "I am your worst fear. I am... Ripper,"
Harris: "And what are your intentions?"
Ripper: "Detective, no offense, but I am ranked 8th in The Vipers. Keeping me here is quite stupid, don't you agree?"
Harris: "Third question, what is your relation to Deathstroke? Hey, what are you-"
Ripper: "Detective, if you want to know me, here's a dose?"

Name: Leomold Dorval
Leomold "Ripper" Dorval is what I'd call the definition of chaos.
He earned his spot as the fighter ranked 8th in The Vipers after him, Abyss, Venom, and Shockwave all took a serum that gave them powers.
Ripper's unique ability is called Dream State. Basically, he traps other people in a dream that gives them their biggest desire. Let's say someone loses a person important to them, be it a child or partner. In Dream State, they'll be stuck in a false reality where the child and/or partner are still alive.
It is then all up to the individual. If they're mentally strong enough, they can break free by rejecting the illusion and facing reality. But if they give in, they'll fuse with the fake world and their body falls into a permanent coma.
When it comes to fighting, Ripper's got a unique style. He practices an old Afro-Brazilian martial art called Capoeira. It was first used as a disguised form of combat among enslaved Africans. Back then, it wasn't exactly much of a use against bullets, but over the centuries, it evolved into a deadly martial art.
He also carries a massive a hammer. It's not for show - not only does it pack a punch, it can also release bursts of this red energy. I don't know what it is, but it's dangerous.
What makes Ripper especially unpredictable is that he's got what we call Stage 2.
In Stage 1, Ripper uses everything I mentioned - Dream State, Capoeira, and that hammer. At that level, Abyss, Venom, and Shockwave can take him down if they get past his Dream State.
