Aera was sitting next to Elijah in the waiting room, her leg bouncing up and down anxiously. Her prom dress was staining with blood all over, some of it smeared on her face.
Armani sitting next to her, holding her hand tightly. Jimin held Armani's, the two parents equally worried for Hanni as Aera was.
Jada and the rest of her uncles weren't doing any better. Jungkook was doing the worst, his leg bouncing too as his eyes became wetter by the minute.
Hanni's parents couldn't even sit down, they were so scared their little girl wouldn't make it. That the stabbing cut so deep, she would already be dead before the doctors tried to take out the bullet.
"She's gonna be okay baby, breathe for me", Armani whispered to her, seeing how unbalanced her breathing was. Aera nodded, trying to breathe as normal as she could.
"I should've went with her, I shouldn't have let her go by herself", Aera said, fresh treats welding in her eyes.
"Sis none of this is fault-
"But it is Elijah", she interrupted him. "Wooyoung sent his men as a threat to the people I love so he could get back at me. I fucked up and now Hanni is sitting in a fucking hospital bed and god only knows if she made it".
"Wooyoung did this?", Jimin questioned.
Aera only nodded, her crying silencing her words.
"We'll figure this out after we know she's alive", Mani said. Jimin nodded at that, kissing her on her head.
Soon enough, a doctor walked out with as he removed the blood-stained gloves from his hands.
Everyone immediately stood up, instantly wanting answers to ease their worries.
"How is she?", Hanni's father questioned.
"She's alive", he replied, a comforting smile on his face. Everyone sighed with relief. Aera was the most relieved, breaking down in her parent's arms.
"We were able to safely handle the wound, after running a few tests we found out that she was stabbed three times in the same area. She's going to be okay but we have to keep her here for a few days or longer".
"That's completely okay", Hanni's mother replied as happy tears left her eyes.
"A-Are we able to see her? Please?", Aera questioned with hope in her eyes.
