"S-Si-Woo?", Jimin stuttered.

He hadn't seen her since Aera was born, and she was 16 years old now. There was never a call, a letter, nothing.

Just nothing.

"And speak of the pathetic bitch, glad to see you again".

The stunned expression on his face faded into a face of anger. "Where the fuck did you even go after Aera was born? Did you not even care to know how she was doing? How I was doing?".

"I couldn't give two fucks about her or you. I never wanted to have a baby let alone have one with you. So, I left and that's when I met Wooyoung", She replied, Wooyoung smirking at the mention of his name.

"He let me join his team and I've been here ever since".

"You never cared", Jimin mumbled. "I should known you never did. I was damn idiot to think someone like you would care about me, about our child.

"Your child", Aera corrected him, loud enough that they could hear her.

She toke a glance at everyone, silently reassuring them she would be okay. They all nodded, Hanni placing a peck on her lips before she stood up.

Aera got up, pulling her gun out from her harness. She clicked the safety off as she walked over to where her father stood, a mad expression written on her face as well.

"And look who decided to finally join us", Wooyoung announced, clapping as if to "congratulate" her.

Aera poked the inside of her cheek with her tongue out of anger, her grip tight on her gun.

"Appa told me all about you, how you left us and didn't say a word. And that's not the kind of mother I would've liked to grown up with", she spoke harshly, pointing her gun towards one of Wooyoung's men; shooting him without even looking. He fell to the floor after two shots to the chest, one of the bullets hitting his heart.

Wooyoung and Si-Woo looked at the girl with shock and fear in their eyes.

Jimin smirked at her actions, pulling out his gun sneakily in the process.

"I see you taught her well", Wooyoung spoke, having to clear his throat to cover up his recent look of fear.

"She could shoot every man in this room if you let her", Jimin replied. "And she doesn't miss".

"When I first met my real mother, I knew she was the one. She would watch me while Appa was working, she would feed me, change my diapers, she actually toke care of me. Something you would have never been able to do", Aera spoke as she reloaded her gun, pulling out another pack of bullets to place into the light pink pistol.

"She hears me out, she's there when I feel like crying until I pass out and...and she actually loves me and cares about me. She would have never did what you did and just left me you selfish piece of shit", She said with gritted teeth, tears soon leaving her eyes. She shot another man that stood right behind Wooyoung, the bullet practically flying past his face.

Armani was in tears listening to her daughter's words. Because at times, she doubted her abilities of being a stepmother to Aera. But now, those doubts have left.

That man fell to the floor, blood slowly leaking from his forehead where the bullet went through.

"And Appa? He isn't pathetic, he's strong. Strong enough to get through the anger and grief you put him through just because you didn't want to deal with a baby. And if you had really loved him, you would've stayed by his side right?", This time, she shot Wooyoung in the leg. He fell to the floor with a scream of pain, cursing through his teeth as his jaw tightened.

Si-Woo stood there, suddenly guilt weighing in her heart. She had never thought about it like that before, but then again she never cared in the first place.

"I...I never thought about it that way", Si-Woo spoke, tears welding in her eyes.

"Because you never cared to, you never thought about how I would grow up to know that my own mother left because she simply didn't give a shit. You never cared and you never will", Aera said her finals words, shooting her "mom" in the process. She fell down, tears streaming down her face as she held her bullet wound that laid right in her stomach.

Aera wanted to do more, things that would stop Si-Woo from breathing. She deserved it, she deserved to feel pain. The same pain Jimin had to deal with when she left.

Everyone came out from hiding, pulling out their guns and shooting the rest of the men that stood before they could even fire back.

Hanni and Elijah stayed behind the coach, Hanni holding him close to her to comfort him. He kept flinching from the loud noise, more tears streaming down his face.

Jada held the two of them in her arms, protecting them with her life.

Once the last man fell to the ground, Wooyoung and Si-Woo were the only ones left.

"Bandage her up and send them back to our base", Jimin ordered the boys. They obeyed, everyone walking out to safety after getting them up off their feet and walking them outside.

Armani brought Aera into her arms. The two girls cried in each other's arms.

"I love you so much, my sweet girl", Mani cried out.

"I love you, mama", Aera replied, more tears spilling from her eyes.

Jimin left the two girls to have their moment, smiling fondly at them before walking out the front door.

They stayed just like that, safe and loved.

And that's just how special it felt, how close their bond felt.

A bond between a daughter and mother was something special.

Aera was always gonna be her baby girl.

Her angel.

Her Gem.
