Chapter 8: Bestie battle

Bumblebee was currently on their walk with StarScream, who showed up early to see how Hashtag was going with her training. "|You should have seen their faces when Illusion started talking about-|" "Let me guess? Sparring with her?" Bumblebee chuckles as StarScream smiles to himself. "Like I said so many times, I know her better than anyone." "|Better than Soundwave???|" Bumblebee teased. Starscream shrugs, not feeling threatened by his comment. "What would he know about her more than I know?" Bumblebee thought for a second. "|I mean- he knew her in the pits of Kaon...|" StarScream stopped in his tracks, realizing he's right. "I- I mean- I doubt he knows her better than me..." Bumblebee smirks. "|You're stuttering...|" Bumblebee walks out of the entrance of the woods as StarScream follows behind him. "But I doubt it..." StarScream pulls Bumblebee back as Jawbreaker was thrown near them. "|Kid!|" Bumblebee quickly checks to see if Jawbreaker is alright. StarScream quickly moves aside as he sees Thrash being thrown straight at them. He sees Illusion grabbing Twitch as Nightshade tries his best to fight her. "Where's Soundwave when you need him?"

"/AH~! HARDER SHOCKWAVE!!!/" Soundwave held to the edge of the table as Shockwave rammed into him in his lab.

Bumblebee grabs both Jawbreaker and Thrash as StarScream attempts to save the other kids. "ILLUSION!!! FRAGGING CHILL DAMN IT!" He sees Twitch being thrown at him and grabs her to safety. "ILLUSION! IF WHEELJACK FINDS OUT THAT YOU THREW HIS DAUGHTER AT ME, HE'S GONNA MURDER YOU!"

StarScream is currently holding Illusion as Bumblebee makes sure the kids are okay. He sighs heavily as he hears StarScream yelling at him for help. Bumblebee turns around just in time to see StarScream be launched at him. He moves to the side as StarScream crashes into a tree. "We just came by only to see you guys in the process of getting murdered." Everyone turns around to see Megatron and Optimus arrive, resulting in the kids running over to them for protection. "Protect us!" Twitch exclaimed. "She threw me and Thrash!!!" Jawbreaker said as he cowered behind Megatron. Both Prime and Megatron frown at each other and back at Illusion, who's now decided to murder Bumblebee. "Are you gonna help your sparkmate or not?" Megatron asks. Prime was about to answer until he saw Illusion fall flat in front of him and see Bumblebee on top of her. They both roll onto the side as they pull each other's antennas/horn. "I don't think I should worry..."

After finally separating (with Soundwave actually showing up and helping them), they are currently going over which training they should all go through, hopefully easier for the terrans. As Megatron went over the basic training, StarScream and Soundwave were both quietly talking with each other about which person knew her better. "/Query: You barely knew her for a few centuries. I've known her since forever./" "But you never actually engaged in talking with until I came into the picture, and suddenly, you were interested in knowing her more." "/But you only know the basics about her. What she likes and stuff, and you never bother to question if it ever changes. That's where I roll in./" StarScream glares at him. "Oh, please. Who the fuck does that!? Spy on their friends to know what they do!?" "/I do. I've done it to everyone, even you!/" Soundwave spat at him. "Oh really!?" "/Really!!!/" "《ahem-》" Both of them turned their helms to see everyone staring at them. "I think we should settle this in one way, I know..." Twitch said excitingly.

Illusion sat in the middle as both StarScream and Soundwave glared at each other. The others are currently eating some energon popcorn. "/who's idea was this again?/" "[Shut up!]" Hazard stood in the middle as she held some question cards. "[Now then. Welcome to who knows Illusion better??? Hosted by me, HAZARD-]" "And Frenzy!!!" Frenzy said as she leaned against Hazard. Hazard pushes her off and begins to read the cards. "[First question!!! What's her favorite color?]" StarScream raised his hand. "[StarScream?]" "Red." Frenzy looks over Hazard's shoulder and draws on a d-pad, putting in points. "Correct!" Hazard grabs another card. "[Question: Favorite Gladiator???]" StarScream raises his and again. "Herself???" Hazard shakes her head. "WRONGO! Got an answer, pops?" Soundwave nods his head and plays an old recording of him and Illusion talking. "《I'll be honest. You're actually my favorite gladiator, Soundwave.》" Megatron does a dramatic gasp. "You said I was your favorite Illusion!" "《I didn't want to hurt your feelings back then. Or, in other words, your ego-》" Hazard interrupts her, saying the next question out loud. "[Who's the favorite brother?]" Both Soundwave and StarScream yell in union. "BOTH!!!" Illusion looks at them both in disbelief. "《How the fuck do you both even know!? I never told anyone about-》" Before Illusion could finish her sentence, she got tackled by Prime in a hug. "AW! I knew you loved us!" "《BEE! GET YOUR FLIPPING HUSBAND OFF ME!》" Hazard continues reading the cards, ignoring the commotion behind her. "[Question: who's her favorite person in the world?]" Everyone points at Hazard, even Frenzy pointed at her. "[OK, That question stinks. Final question: what's her sexuality?]" Soundwave raises his hand. "/Ace?/" "[No.]" StarScream answers. "Lesbian like Elita?" "[Still no.]" Hazard looks back at Frenzy who's wanting to die right now. "OH MY GOD! SHE'S FLIPPING STRAIGHT!" Frenzy yelled. "[still wrong.]" "wait what?" They all look at Illusion, who's currently eating some yummy energon popcorn. "《Don't look at me. Bee knows...》" She points at Bee who's right next to her. "|she's bi.|" Bumblebee says as he grabs more energon popcorn. They all look at each other and back at her. Illusion glares at Soundwave and StarScream. "《I'm disappointed in you two. Bumblebee's now my official bestie.》" Bumblebee gives them both a smug smirk in satisfaction, before getting up. "|Now, lets continue with your training kids.|" The terrans get up and follow behind him as StarScream and Soundwave glares at Bumblebee.
