Chapter 5: I hate love

Hazard stared into Rumble's empty visor as Rumble did the same. They stared into each other, seeming to have a silent conversation. "[You're ugly]" "You too." Hazard squinted her visor. "[Your carrier is a whore]" "Yours is a whiny bitch" Rumble clenched his fist. "[Brat]" "whore" They continue having the silent conversation as they seem to be reading their minds and insulting each other. After a few hours later, the meeting ended and Illusion got up from her seat and Hazard flipped off the prick as they started leaving. Illusion suddenly stopped, confusing Hazard. "[What are you doing?]" "《Waiting for Soundwave》" Hazard felt her spark drop. "[He's your friend!?]" She exclaimed. Illusion gives her a threatening glare to shut up and waited for Soundwave. Soundwave eventually appeared next to her and now are having an adult conversation as Hazard puts it. She sees Rumble grabbing onto Soundwave's shoulder, glaring at her. "[This is war...]"

Hazard woke up from her nap and sat up. She saw one of the terran looking at her. "[What are you staring at, freak?]" Jawbreaker moves his helm back as he looks back at Twitch. "Is she this rude?" He asks. Twitch nods as she sees Hazard still glaring at them. "She's terrifying..."

Soundwave watches as the terrans try again to make peace with the crazy minicon again. "/I wonder..../" Soundwave ejected Frenzy from his chest. "What pops?" Frenzy asks. Soundwave pointed to Hazard. "/Frenzy: Make peace with Hazard./" Frenzy felt all her energon leave her face. "NO WAY!" Frenzy yelled before covering her mouth. Soundwave stares at her, confused. "/why?/" Frenzy rubbed the back of her helm and looks back at Hazard trying to kill Thrash by biting his hand viciously. "Me and Hazard aren't what you call.... easy-going with each other. I have no idea how she hasn't-" She stops, remembering her deceased twin Rumble. Soundwave felt his antennas to droop. "/Frenzy-/" Frenzy hugged his leg, feeling her grief threatening to drown her spark. Soundwave pat her back as he too felt the grief threatening to break him. They silently share a moment of silence together before separating each other. "I'll try talking with her. Sniff-" Frenzy wiped the small tear seeming to try and escape from her optic. "/thank you Frenzy.../" Frenzy quickly left to help with the terrans trying to get Jawbreaker's hand out of Hazard's cage. Soundwave watches her leave, his spark still feeling the threatening grief trying to overpower his strength to not break down in front of everyone. "Soundwave." Soundwave turns his helm to see Shockwave coming towards him. The grief immediately left and was replaced with a fuzzy feeling again. "/Shockwave./" Soundwave has been avoiding Shockwave for the time being after what happened a few hours ago. He still felt Shockwave's servo trailing against his cheek plate. Shockwave was unsure what to say to him after what happened earlier. He wanted an explanation in why he felt this way towards Soundwave. How his intelligence felt more superior to his own, his flexibility as he fights in the battlefield, how his optic always stayed staring at Soundwave's curved frame and his thigs- AHEM. Shockwave felt a blush creeping against his faceplates but quickly dismissed it. "/Shockwave?/" Soundwave asked. Shockwave looks back at Soundwave before clearing his throat. "Should we go see if Illusion is awake?" "/Didn't Megatron and Prime went in a while ago?/" Soundwave didn't get his answer as Shockwave pulled Soundwave by his servo. They walk through the barn doors to see Illusion trying to kick Megatron but has no luck. "What the-" "What are you two doing here?" Optimus asked as he saw them by the door. "We wanted to see why it's taking so long to talk with your sister." Shockwave said. "/To be fair, It was your idea and also, Illusion is the most stubborn femme and will not admit defeat even if she lost an argument already./" Illusion scoffs. "《You still fragging know me well, Soundwave.》" She averted her gaze and saw the cyclops. "《I'm still wondering why the frag the Cyclops is here?》" Soundwave felt a drop of sweat rolling down his faceplate. "/She doesn't know he shot her!/" Soundwave recalls the deep rivalry and hatred she and Shockwave had against each other. Even Soundwave was too scared to tell her that he was friends with Shockwave, fearing her reaction not being pretty. "/He's here because- um-/" Soundwave couldn't think of an excuse quickly enough, but Shockwave intervened. "I'm here because- uh- me and Soundwave are dating." There was silence in the barn for a split second before Illusion spoke. "《....huh?》" She looks over at Prime and Megatron who had a 'what the frag' face as they look back at Shockwave and Soundwave, Soundwave feeling his face filled with a bright blush as he made static noises. "Um- since when?" Megatron asks. Shockwave spoke calmly. "A few weeks ago." He lied. Illusion looked at him in disbelief. "《Bullshit.》" "What she said." Prime spoke. "《Shut up, Prime. Anyway, I don't fragging believe the shit you're pulling on me right now.》" Megatron crosses his arms, seeming to silently agree with Illusion. "Fine. You want proof?" Shockwave grabbed Soundwave by his waist as he pulled him closer. Soundwave stares at his as his servos rested on Shockwave's chassis. Shockwave leaned in as Soundwave felt something pushing him to lean in as well. "《OK I BELIEVE YOU!!! DON'T FUCKING KISS IN FRONT OF ME!!!》" Illusion closes her optics to avoid seeing the traumatic kiss. Shockwave let go of Soundwave, as Soundwave regained his posture and tried to calm the heat that settled on his face. "Good." Shockwave stated. Illusion opens her optics, now seeming more concerned about her current situation. "《So, back to me being captured. What are you gonna do with me?》" Illusion asks. Megatron looks back at Prime before nodding in agreement. "We decided to have you stay with Bumblebee and train the terrans." Illusion look at him and back at Prime as he stares at her as well.
