• OUR LIPS ARE SEALED - THE GO-GO'S.

7:04AM.

My eyes slowly drifted open, a small groan leaving my lips as my head lifted off of the pillow. I rubbed my aching temple, sitting up from the bed and looking at Bill - who was passed out beside me.

I slid out of bed, stepping over the magazines, hairspray cans, and alcohol bottles. I grabbed one of Bill's black leather jackets from his wardrobe and pulled it on before I wandered out of his room.

I never knew a hangover was like this.

My arms wrapped over my stomach, feeling how hungry I'd felt at that moment mixed with the overwhelming sickness in my stomach. I continued to ignore it and walk down the hallway before stopping by Tom's door. It was open, just a crack. Passed out on his bed, as usual; naked.

This time, I didn't complain.

I smirked slightly, grabbing the cigarettes from his dresser before leaving and closing the door behind me. I walked to the kitchen quietly, grabbing a lighter off the counter. I shoved it in my pocket, left out a note, and left the house.

The snow made me wince as I walked, but anything topped the headache throbbing in my temples. It felt like I was being split in two.

I stepped up on my porch, nudging open the door and wobbling in. "Seb," I murmured. "Do we have any aspirin?" I breathed out.

Seb pushed himself off the counter, tossing me a packet. "You alright?" He approached, feeling my temperature with his palm and the backside of his hand.

"I'm fine," I nudged him off of me. "Hey, no, are you high?" Seb grabbed my face, looking into my bloodshot eyes. "What the fuck, Mandy?"

"I'm not high for fucks sake," I nudged him off of me, shaking my head in protest. "You're fifteen! Who'd you get the weed off of? Those boys next door?" He grabbed my arms and turned me around, his eyebrows furrowed.

"It's not that serious, Seb. Just fuck off!"
I pushed him into the counter. "You do it--
tell me what the fucking deal is you cokehead!"

"You were never doing this before you met those boys, Mandy?" He said. "I'm older than you, It's different - you're still a kid!"

"It's just a one-time thing, Seb!" I snapped, dropping the aspirin packet and heading upstairs. I looked from side to side, then up at the light with slightly squinted eyes.

"Fuck," I whispered, covering my eyes and stumbling into my room. I slammed the door behind me, and crawled onto my bed.

I heard a knock at my door, my eyes narrowing. "Fuck off, Seb!"

"It's not Seb." Mario sighed, the sound of my doorknob turning following as he walked in.

There was no reply. I kept silent, my eyes almost closed. "Go away." I said quietly before he sat down by my feet. "Aspirin," He tossed a packet to me, and set down a glass of water by my bedside table.

. . .

"Seb was right, you know." Mario sighed, looking around my room and then back at me. "Not.. the age thing, because I was thirteen and smoking some hardcore shit." He raised his eyebrows. I chuckled quietly, letting out a long sigh as I sat up to look at him.

"Just.. promise me you'll be careful around those boys. They grew up around here, they will be.. you know," He shrugged, cutting himself off before saying anything more.

"Tom and Bill are nice, Mario. Can't Seb just be glad I'm making friends?" I said quietly.

Mario let out a deep sigh and nodded. "Yeah, of course. Get ready for school, alright?" He rubbed my shoulder before standing up and leaving with the faint thud of the door behind him.

School? Come on, Mario. I can barely stand.

After a few seconds, I slowly stood up, my vision hazing and my head pounding as I held onto the bedside table. I felt like I was going to pass the fuck out.

My lips parted, a soft groan leaving them as I pulled open my wardrobe, and grabbed out a green tank top, a dark blue bra, and.. a skirt that was no longer there.

"Shit," I sighed, my gaze roaming over my old mini skirts. The ones I wore in year seven.

I grabbed one out and slammed the closet door closed.
