Ryke:

I paced back and forth outside of the door. I see them through the window as they walk upstairs. Rex is watching him with a close eye and making sure nothing is happening. I stare out in the space where they've left. Someone grabbed my arm and I flicked my head towards her.

It was Aspen. She looked at me making sure I'm alright, "follow her Ryke." She tells me and I didn't have to be told twice and I headed inside. I made sure I was quiet to know they were alone. I walked up the stairs and saw a door wide open. "Stop!" She screams as I heard Rex barking on the other side of the door opposite the room. I let him out and he barges into the room. I heard him shouting as I rush in to see a red mark on her face. I turned to him and throw a punch right at his face.

"Pack your stuff and let's leave!" I snapped at her and wanting to get her out of this place and now. "Hurry!" I snapped and she flinched before running out and grabbing things and throwing them in the bags she could find. I held him as Rex bites down harder on his arm and shaking. Like he's a toy.

I turned to Allie as she's shaking. I stood up and let Rex hold onto him. "Sh." I whispered and she doesn't calm down. She's shaking like she's petrified of something. Of Quinton. Of me. I wrap my arms around her and try to calm her down. And she does. For a little. She breathes down my neck and smelling my aftershave. She calms knowing it's me and no one else. She lets go of me and I do. She's no longer shaking as she stares out onto Quinton on the ground.

"Rexen! Out!" He lets go and walks over to us. He stares at me but he knew I would never hurt her and turned back to him. Baring his teeth angrily. "Stay away from us now Quinton." I told him grabbing Allie's hand and pulling her way. We head straight to the front door as she tries to keep up with me and with all of her bags.

Rex was at her feet but facing backwards as he walks as stares at Quinton. I flicked my head, my hat falling sideways as I look. Quinton is standing at the top of the stairs glaring at me as he grips where Rex bit him. "Stay away!" I snapped and he just glared and never said anything. I swing the door open to see Aspen pacing back and forth and Ryder standing there watching her telling everything is alright.

"Allie!" She runs over and wraps her arms around her. She grips her hard knowing she was safe and that Aspen would make sure nothing happens. "Come on lets leave." I told them and they all agreed.

I opened the car for all of us to jump in. Aspen and Ryder jumped into the back and Allie jumped into the front. I drove back to the farm. I see Rex in the back barking at what ever came past us and barking that he couldn't come closer to Allie. "Rex." She says and he quiets down. He doesn't bark anymore as she was shaking like crazy and looked out of the car. "Do you want to stay in the cabin or have your own cabin at the back." I asked her and stares out at the window before turning to me.

"I'll have my own as my Rex is funny with people." I nodded and stopped outside of the main cabin where Aspen and Ryder has built their house and where their car and children are with our dad. They jumped out and their children wobbled over to them and tripping over everything that was in their way. I grabbed my phone to see it was blowing up with messages from Allie's family. Quinton must've told them.

I thrown it in the back as I drove down to her new cabin. I looked around and thought about which is the best for her and I thought about Aspen's old cabin as it's the second biggest one. She couldn't have the biggest one as Ryder and Aspens still staying there as Ryder broke his arm and waited until it's fix before finishing off the house and decorate it. I pulled into the car park and parked the car.

We both jumped out and walked to the back to get Rex. He stares at me before walking over to me and sat down on the floor and gave me a bark. A friendly bark meaning no harm. I stroked the back of his ear. "That's actually surprising. He's normally going after people." I turned to Allie and she waited by the side of my truck. I went around and went to the back. I opened the tail gate and opened the flooring.

I brought out the keys and shut it and closed the tail gate. "How come your hiding that there?" I turned to Allie and she stares at the truck. I walked over to her door and opened it. I opened the door and letting her inside, I turned to face the truck and headed back over. I felt something rub against my legs and I looked down to see Rex standing at my feet. Wanting attention. I stroked his back and then grabbed all Allies stuff and walked over to her. Rex stayed at my feet and not leaving.

I walked inside and she looks at the wide space. She stares at the entire place and I watch her as she sees that it's all one room and a room for the bathroom. "How come you stay at the main cabin and don't move into one of the cabins?" She asked me I drop her stuff on the bed. I stare at her. "I make money with these." I admit to her. She stares at me. "You don't have to as I offered it to you and you need to stay and get back on your feet." I told her. I don't want her money and wait until she's ready to do anything.

"Thank you." A large bark sounds under me and I looked down and to see Rex staring out of the window. "Stay there." I tell her as me and Rex both walked out. I got ready to deal with this. But when I looked around the corner I saw was something I didn't plan.
