Epilogue part 2

Ryke:

A year later, I lay on the sofa as I had some kind of baby show on for Wren. Allies fast asleep next to me as Wren kept her awake all night screaming for mom. I went sometimes but she didn't want me. She wanted Allie. And if I did go and see her she was still screaming for Allie.

And all she wanted was to play dolls. And if she said no she would scream and Allie had to stay up all night watching her play with dolls. The door opens to see Kayleigh standing there. "Uncle Ryke!" I place my finger against my lips telling her not to shout as Allie was on my arm fast asleep. We haven't planned to get married. We want Wren to be involved in it and if she's a baby she can't.

"Cocomelon!" It shouts on the tv and Wren jumps up and down on my lap, clapping, "are you watching cocomelon, uncle?" I nodded.

"Got to because of this one." I gestured to Wren. I lean further into the seat and Allie curls more into me wanting me to stop moving. Wrapping an arm around my waist. "Stop moving!" She groans and I laughed. Before Wren curls into me and falls asleep as well.

"Are they all just fallen asleep?" Kayleigh asked and I nodded. "What's up?" I asked her and she shrugged. "Mom and dad basically kicked all of us out to spend time with each other." I laughed and it woke up Allie.

"Oh, hi Kayleigh." She stretches and yawned and Kayleigh walks over in between me and Allie. She looks between us. "Can I watch it?" We both nodded and Allie yawned telling me she's going back to sleep, and I don't blame her because of how long Wren kept her up.

"Allie, you can go to bed." I told her as she was nodding off on the armrest. She didn't need to be told twice as she stood up and walked over to the bedroom. Kayleigh and Wren was both awake now and they were watching tv. How do they like this?

I groan as I listen to the voices not even talking, they're shouting on the tv. I wished I was Allie right now going to sleep and not dealing with this.

I walked into the bedroom after six hours on the ranch, because Allie told me there's something she wanted to tell me. Luckily my time finished up working and my father and his girlfriend are taking over. I come home to see her on her laptop.

"You know how Wrens now four, which means we can start getting ready for our wedding?" I nodded as I started to undress myself and put on a pair of joggers.

I turned around to see Allie staring at me the entire time. I gave her a wink and she rolled my eyes. "Well... I found a wedding inspiration and I wanted to ask you something."

I nodded, "I don't want to wear white." She admits and I nodded. "How come." I asked as I climbed into bed next to her and she closes her laptop so I can't see. "Because I was planned to get married before. I don't want to be reminded of that." I liked that idea.

"I'm happy with what ever you choose for your wedding dress." I told her as I leaned over a kissed her lips. And then she finally opened the laptop. "This is what I want for a wedding, it doesn't have to be exactly like this. We can change it up and take away things."

I looked at the photo to see it was an outside, benches, horses scattered around the back and side of the end of row benches. An archway with vines scattering around the top of the venue. With fairy lights wrapped around them, and lanterns on the floor next to the isle benches.

"I love it." I told her and a large smile stretches across her face. "I've got one more thing." She runs into the bathroom and came back out. I'm confused as the smile is gone and she's full of nervous. She has a box again in her hands as she walks over to me and held it out. She crawls on top of me and covers her face.

"What's going on Love?" She asks me and she lets out a sigh and shaking her head. "Just open the box." I laughed before nodding and I open the box so gently and not rushing as I looked inside. Pregnancy test?

I grabbed it to turn it around to see it was positive. I place it on the table next to us and spun us around and kissed her lips, "god! I love you." I told her. As I kissed her harder and stronger. "Fuck! I can't wait to marry you," she laughs as she wraps her arms and legs around me to keep me in place as she kisses me.
"How long?"

"I asked her." She smiles. "I found out two hours ago." I smiled knowing she didn't keep it away from me this time. "Thank you for telling me and not to keep it a secret.
