O.O/ MAX'S POV

"Pascal...?"

"Max..."

We stared at each other for a while . It was awkward meeting up with your ex, or in my case as (Y/N) would prefer, your abuser . I began having mixed feelings, a mixture of confusion, joy and anxiety all at once . I thought of my dad, I wonder if this is how he felt when he confronted my mother, I just hope he's okay now...

"It's been long since we've met in person..." Pascal said finally breaking the silence .

"Well, can you blame me...? I mean, who's fault is this...?" I replied looking away .

"True..." Pascal responded .

"I didn't do anything to you..." I felt tears rolling down my face as I clenched my fists a little, I wanted to scream and tell him how selfish and cruel he was, but there wasn't any point, it was too late for that now, especially at a time like this . Why were people so mean...?

Multiple thoughts came rushing in at once ;
Why am I here ?
Why did I abandon my friends ?
Why did I let my dad down ?
Why am I such a failure ?
I shouldn't have come .
I should have listened to (Y/N).
I never learn, I'm stupid and too naïve...

"I'm sorry..." Pascal said .

"No, you're not... you probably just want to use me again, isn't it...?"

"No... I want to make things right..." Pascal responded while moving closer to me .

I began to feel like I wasn't safe... Something tells me the knife will be useful .

I stepped back a little ; "You're lying... You wag your tail whenever you do... I can't believe you..." .

"Shoot..." Pascal let out a sigh .

"F♡♡k you..." I moved further away from the area .

"I knew this would happen... Look Max, let's just make this easy for the both of us... Join me and my army of zero-bots, we could rule the world together ! Or... Forever be mistreated..." Pascal said with a devilish grin .

"No... You stay far away from me, my family and my friends..." I tried my best not to loose confidence .

"Fine you little sh☆☆-stain, I simply get rid of you... I don't need weapons to take you on, everyone knows that... >:)" Pascal boasted .

I didn't reply, just simply glare at him . The feelings of love, compassion, mercy and forgiveness had suddenly become numb, like they weren't even in me .
Without waisting any more time, Pascal unexpectedly charged at me, causing me to fall back therefore giving him the advantage in this some-what fair fight .

"I'll rip your eyes out of their sockets..." Pascal grinned holding me down .

I began to grasp for air, it was slowly getting harder to breathe... I couldn't let him win so easily...
I aggressively bit him on his shoulder, causing him to wince and loose his grip on me .
I picked myself up and slowly picked up the knife I had kept with me...

Pascal glared at me ; "Stupid idiot ! I see why your mother didn't want you ! You useless, entitled brat !" .

"Am I supposed to be in tears...? I'm used to hearing insults like this... probably heard even worse..." I charged at Pascal but he swiftly dodged causing me to stab the ground instead .

"Nice try douche-bag !" Pascal smirked with ego .

"Idiot..." I mubled to myself pulled the knife out and charged at him, again...

MEANWHILE WITH AUSTIN AND CHEN

⌯' ▾ '⌯/AUSTIN'S POV

Everything was dark...
I could hear sirens and the unfamiliar voices of medical personnel...
My head was seriously hurting, like something sharp had peirced through it...
I couldn't remember anything... Nor did I know where I was...
I slowly opened my eyes ;
I was in a room...
A white room...
On a bed...
I'm... at the hospital...
I looked around the room, I could see a doctor talking to someone, although it wasn't clear who it was...
I closed my eyes again, trying to remember what got me here... Or... Who got me here...

"You're lucky he's alive...His injuries were very severe..." The doctor said to the person .

"Will he be okay...?" The person asked with worry in their voice.

"He'll be fine, he just needs plenty of water and proper rest, although he may be here for a few weeks due to the severity of his wounds..." The doctor reassured .

"Alright..." The person sounded sad .

"Okay, I'll leave you two alone for now..." The doctor left the room .

"Austin...?" The person approached me .

"...Chen...?" I finally recognized the person .

"Y-You're okay !" He ran up to me and hugged me .

I smiled a bit, I was so glad he was here, I just hoped he didn't have to see me like...this...

"What happened to you ? Who did this to you...?" Chen frowned .

"No one, I fell off the stairs..." I looked down .

"That's a lie... Who hurt you Austin...?" Chen folded his arms.

"I'm fine, I swear..." I lied, was I really...? I'm fine.

"It was Mia, wasn't it...?" Chen expression became calmer.

I just nodded, there was nothing else to say.

He sighed, "Austin...where is she now...?".

"Jail...probably..." Tears rolles down my face, I never meant for her to get arrested, I still love her.

I'm sorry to announce, but sadly this book is officially cancelled. This is my first ever book on Wattpad, and is not as good as I thought it would turn out. The lore is crappy and cringe, not to mention the disgusting NSFW. Thank-you so much to :
