Scene 1
Wilson's car drove through the fields, in the morning light. His hands gripped the steering wheel tightly, his knuckles white against the black leather. Beside him, House sat in silence, his eyes fixed on the world outside the window.
The air inside the car felt heavy with unspoken words, tension thick enough to suffocate. House had finally broken the barrier of his pride a few days ago, admitting to Wilson the truth he had long tried to hide: his addiction to Vicodin had spiraled out of control, dragging him into a maelstrom of hallucinations and despair.
Wilson never saw his friend so destroyed before.
But now, as they drove, the weight of House's confession hung between them like a shroud.
Wilson stole a glance at him. He wanted to reach out, to offer words of comfort and reassurance, but the weight of House's pain was too heavy to bear. Instead, he remained silent, his heart heavy with the knowledge of the suffering his friend endured.
Scene 2
As Wilson's car pulls up to the imposing vintage structure of Mayfield Psychiatric Hospital, a lush greenery surround the building. The air was clean, the nature was playing the main role.
With a heavy heart, Wilson retrieves House's bag from the backseat and turns to face his friend, a mixture of concern and affection evident in his eyes.
Wilson: Here you go, House.
Wilson says softly, extending the bag towards him. Despite the weight of the moment, Wilson leans in for a hug, his arms wrapping around House's shoulders in a gesture of support. But House remains stoic, his body tense and unyielding, only offering a solemn nod in acknowledgment of Wilson's embrace.
