Chapter 9,Promise?

A knock came from the front door and I shot up. I opened the door and embraced Olivia. She jumped a bit, but then hugged back. "Come in."

"This isa really nice-" She stopped.

"Holy shit. That's... That's..." She stuttered.

"Yes it is. And before you say anything else. I need to tell you something." I pulled her and sat her down on the couch. "Okay... So you know at the concert... How I went backstage to meet the boys?" She nodded. "Well... They told me they were vampires and that they had to turn me for my own good. And so now... I'm a vampire." I spoke quickly.

"Fuck." She mumbled.

"I'm sorry. I should have told you, but don't be scared because I won't hurt you."

"I need to tell you something too."

"Anything." I urged her on.

"I'm... I'm a... Werewolf." She cringed back expecting something to happen.

"Wut." I spit out awkwardly. I got a weird urge to just... Attack. Harry held eye contact with me and I calmed down.

Olivi shook her head. "I shouldn't be here." She stood up.

"Where are you gonna go?"

"I'll just go with... A friend. He moved here a while ago... I... I need to go." She shut the door and was gone just as quick as she arrived. I spun around to the boys and collapsed.

I sat on the edge of my bed distraught. I haven't left my room in two days and I was starving. The boys tried to come in, but I'd locked the door and boarded it with a desk.

"Charlie, can you please open the door?" I heard Harry. "Charlie, no one's gonna hurt you." I sighed and pushed the desk away and unlocked the door.

"Harry?"

"Yes?"

"I'm scared." I whispered as a tear formed in my eye.

"Why?"

"She's a werewolf... She's supposed to kill me, Harry! And you saw what Lucin can do! I'm scared Harry." He pulled me into his chest.

"You don't need to be scared. You're so strong, Char." He rubbed my back. "They can't hurt you."

"Oh really?! I take people's pain! I can certainly be hurt." I pushed away from him.

"But, I won't let anyone hurt you. None of us will." He whispered, wrapping his arms around my waist from behind me.

"That thing with the werewolves... Niall... He was hurt because of me..." I said shakily.

"But, because of you, he's fine now! Better than ever." He said turning me around. "You're safe."

"Promise?" I whispered, dipping my head into his chest.

"Promise."
