Chapter 24

Bri and I walked into the boys' gig venue, whilst she was shaking.

"Can you relax?"

"What am I gonna say?" She said sadly.

"Tell him the truth. How you feel." I looked her in the eyes and she nodded. "They'll be in their dressing room, come on." I walked around looking for the boys' dressing room, or just Paul. When I heard Niall's laugh, I nodded and immediately got to the door. "Hello?! We're here!"

"CHARLIE!" One of the boys called and the door flew open. Harry smiled at me and I returned the grin. "Hi Bri!"

"Hey." She said nervously. We walked in and all the boys were jumping around and shouting.

"Go." I whispered.

"H-Hi Zayn." Bri smiled and Zayn's face lit up.

"Hey Bri!" He gave her hug. She whispered something and he nodded, then they walked out of the dressing room.

I put my ear against the door and the boys looked at me like I was crazy. I couldn't make out a thing, but after a few moments I heard a shreek and a laugh. I jumped up and down squeeling. I flung the door open, but stopped, seeing Bri and Zayn, mid-kiss. "BRI!" I cheered. She spun around and smiled. I picked her up and hugged her tightly. "I. TOLD. YOU! I'M SO GOOD!" I did a little dance.

"Shut up, Charlie." She giggled.

"Is that why she called?" Harry asked and I nodded.

"AND I WAS SO FREAKING RIGHT! LIKE, NO! I'M AMAZING! IT'S LIKE- I'M TOO GOOD!" Louis clamped a hand over my mouth and pulled me back into the dressing room, leaving the love-birds alone.

"You calm?" He smiled and I nodded.

"So what just happened? Are they mates now?" Liam asked.

"Yup!"

"Wow... I didn't think Zayn find a mate first." Louis teased.

"I always thought it'd be Harry over here." Liam added. Harry rolled his eyes and sat down.

"What's he gonna do though? We leave tonight." Niall recalled.

"She could always come with us." I shrugged.

"Not neccesarily." Liam replied. I cocked my eyebrow up in questioning.

"We had to beg Simon and Paul to let you come... And we couldn't just leave you passed out on the dressing room floor. You really didn't have a choice." Louis told me.

"She's used to this whole vampire thing. And after the Head-Arch experience, we really don't think you should leave." Harry smiled at me.

"True, true... I'm just happy for him." I changed the subject.

"Agreed." Niall cheered. We talked for a few more minutes, until Zayn and Bri came in.

"Jesus, took you long enough!" Louis teased.

"Bri..." I laughed and stood up, fixing her hair. "What were you doing you little girl."

"I'M OLDER THAN YOU!" She swatted my hands away and fixed her own hair.

Zayn and Bri sat together on the couch and I swooned. "Awww!" I made a puppy dog face.

They both rolled their eyes, but then Zayn kissed her forehead. "You're welcome." I mouthed to Bri.

"Shut up." She mouthed back, then smiled at me. "I owe you."
