(Three hundred and four thousand, six hundred and third Quantic Universe Earth, Tuesday, October 7th, 2008, Socqueline Wang's POV...)

It was the middle of the school year after Wi Paris School 9 had shut down for a bully and incompetent staff member purging.

Marinette and I were in shock, but I assured her that it was necessary, because if bullies aren't punished, they might bully their victims to the point where the victims decide to kill themselves.

Marinette was horrified when I showed her the official Wikipedia list of school students who committed suicide from the 1980s to 2008, and I did everything I could to assure her that as long as the Chloe and Sabrina Act were in place here in our nation's capital, no bullied victims will be in danger again.

And now, we have two new students in our class as of today.

They were girls, one standing at an above medium height with brilliant cobalt blue eyes, light honey blonde hair, and with fashionable clothes acceptable for the school dress code, in addition to the fact that she looked like she was a slender bodybuilder who was able to do workouts and gymnastics. And the other girl was standing at a shorter height with chin-length ginger red hair in a bob-cut, strong cyan blue eyes, reading glasses with a grayish-brown and grey rim, and also with fashionable clothes acceptable for our school dress code. And she also looks like she exercises rigorously for two days without air conditioning or heating.

The blonde-haired girl introduced herself as Chloe Bourgeois, and the ginger-haired girl introduced herself as Sabrina Raincomprix.

Marinette and I were in shock, especially when the teacher asked them if they were the girls responsible for Chloe's father, Mayor Andre Bourgeois, putting the Chloe and Sabrina Act into law, and they confirmed it.

They explained their reasons in the briefest abridged recap possible, and the other students understood.

At first, Chloe and Sabrina kept to themselves, boredly doing their work while getting everything right the first times around, and judging from the whispers they occasionally exchanged during break periods, they... they apparently have access to school staff member and student files for anything related to bad behavior to report to the school board, especially if the staff refuses to do anything about bullying.

Chloe and Sabrina barely interacted with anyone unless they wanted to or unless someone interacted with them first.

Then Marinette approached Chloe and Sabrina with some pastries from her parents' bakery, and she asked them if they could be friends. Her exact words were, "Hi. You're Chloe Bourgeois and Sabrina Raincomprix, right? I'm Marinette Dupain-Cheng. I have here some muffins and cookies. Can we please be friends?"

Chloe seemed to think hard for an instant before unexpectedly getting up slowly and then gently hugging Marinette!

Even I was shocked.

As she lets go, Chloe then says, "Oh, believe me, Marinette, I'd always wanted to have a friend just like you, just to add to my small friend circle and to establish a friend group consisting of you, me, Sabrina, and Socqueline."
