As Zafar swung open the door, Azka and Shahnaz followed closely behind him. But nothing could have prepared them for the horrific sight that awaited them. A person, drenched in blood, stood before them, and then crumpled to the ground.

Azka's eyes widened in terror as she screamed, "This can't be happeNing! No wat! Sohail!! So...sohail!!!" Her voice echoed through the hallway, a mix of shock, horror, and despair.

As the person fell, they saw Sohail, Azka's ex-husband, standing over them, a bloodied knife clutched in his hand. The reality of the situation sunk in - Sohail had taken a life with his own hands.

Soon, the police arrived, and Sohail was taken into custody. At the police station, he was questioned, and with a chilling calmness, he confessed to the crime. The truth was undeniable; Sohail's hands were stained with the blood of his victim.

The Head Officer's voice was firm, "Why did you kill Kamal?"

Sohail's response was calm, "I'll answer, but only in front of my wife."

The Head Officer raised an eyebrow, "You and Azka are divorced. Does it matter?"

Sohail's smile was enigmatic, "So what? We're still bound to each other. I accept my crime and I am ready to face punishment, but I will tell the truth only in front of everyone, especially my wife. After that, even if you give me the death penalty, I'm okay with it."

The Head Officer nodded to his constable, who stepped out to summon Azka. Zafar followed them into the room, his eyes fixed on Sohail.

As Azka entered, Sohail's face lit up with a smile.

The Head Officer gestured for Sohail to continue, "They're here, and you can tell them. Why did you do all this?"

Sohail's voice was steady, "Officer, yes, it's true. I killed Kamal and his father."

The room fell silent, awaiting Sohail's explanation for the heinous crimes. Azka's eyes locked onto Sohail, searching for answers, while Zafar's face remained pale with shock.

The Head Officer's eyes narrowed, "But why?"

Sohail's face twisted in a snarl, "Because they tried to kill my daughter."

The Head Officer's expression turned skeptical, "They tried to kill your daughter? How? Your daughter is already divorced from Kamal, isn't she?"

Azka's hand flew to her mouth, stifling a gasp. She whispered to herself, her eyes wide with shock, "What??? Amreen...Amreen is already divorced?" The revelation hit her like a ton of bricks, her mind reeling with the implications.

The room fell silent, the only sound of the heavy breathing of the occupants. Sohail's words hung in the air, a dark and sinister motive for the gruesome murders. The Head Officer's eyes locked onto Sohail, awaiting an explanation, while Azka's world crumbled around her.

Sohail took a deep breath and began to speak, his voice laced with emotion. "I know I've made mistakes. I wasn't a good father or husband. I got addicted to gambling, lost my business, and my wife's jewelry. I lost everything. One night, Kamal's father approached me, offering help. He said if I married my daughter to his son, he'd give me money to start anew. I didn't think twice, desperate for a solution. I didn't know Kamal's past - three marriages, three women he'd abused. He'd killed his first wife, and the other two were still suffering. I trusted Siddiqui, my old friend, and forced my daughter into the marriage. But soon, Kamal started abusing her - beating her, starving her, and even raping her. He left her for dead, and I didn't know until it was too late. When I finally found her, she'd miscarried, and Kamal's second wife told me everything. I went to confront them, but they beat me, gave me my daughter's blooded clothes, and sent me away. Since then, I've been searching for my daughter, but all I found was her grave. Today, I killed Kamal and his father, and freed their daughters from their clutches."
