Elhaan quickly got out of the car and ran to the front to see what had happened. He was shocked and upset by the sight in front of him. There was a girl lying on the ground, covered in bruises and blood. She was very thin, wearing torn clothes, and her hair completely covered her face.

Soon, everyone got out of the car to see what had happened. Nawazuddin asked, "Son, what's wrong? Is everything okay?"

Elhaan didn't say a word; he just checked the girl to see if she was alive. He checked her pulse and said, "She is alive."

Ramsha suggested, "Elhaan, we should take her to the hospital."

Nawazuddin came to see the girl and felt pity. "Yes, let's go to the hospital first."

Elhaan lifted her up in his arms, and everyone sat back in the car. The girl's head was on Ramsha's lap, while Rohail, Ayaan, and Nawazuddin sat in the other car. They instantly drove to the hospital.

At the hospital, she was sent to the emergency ward as soon as they arrived. Nawazuddin was a well-known personality, so the doctor gave them priority, and without any delay or paperwork, they took her in for examination. Everyone waited outside. Rohail made Ramsha sit on a chair.

Nawazuddin said, "God knows whose daughter she is, where she was going, and where she came from. Seeing her condition, I'm not feeling good. It's unbelievable to see so many injuries on a person's body. Maybe she was kidnapped or ran away and collided with our car while running."

Ayaan said, his voice trembling with concern, "I'm also feeling the same. Who knows where her parents are? We should inform the police, Dada Jaan. What if she's in danger?"

Nawazuddin's face turned grave, "Yes, you're right. God knows what happened to this girl. What trials she's faced. Oh Allah, have mercy on her."

Elhaan came to them, his eyes wide with worry, "I've already informed the police about her. They'll be here soon."

After half an hour, Dr. Ayesha came to them, accompanied by the police. Her expression was somber, and her voice was laced with empathy.

Nawazuddin asked, his voice cracking with emotion, "Ayesha beta (child), how is the girl? Is she...is she going to be okay?"

Dr. Ayesha's eyes filled with tears as she replied, "Uncle, her condition is very critical. She's been through a lot. We're doing everything we can, but..."

The police asked, their tone firm but gentle, "Can you tell us what happened to her? What did you find out?"

Dr. Ayesha took a deep breath before explaining, her voice shaking, "She wasn't hit by a car; she was drugged and fainted due to that. And as for the scars and bruises...oh God, it's like she's been to hell and back. There are burn marks and scars all over her body, and they're not old. I think she's been tortured for months. The scars on her scalp...it's like she's been pulled by her hair and beaten repeatedly."

Ramsha gasped, her hand flying to her mouth, "Allah khair kre (God forbid)!"

Dr. Ayesha's voice cracked as she continued, "She's still unconscious. It'll take time for her to regain consciousness. We have to wait...and hope."

The police thanked Dr. Ayesha, their faces grim with determination. Nawazuddin's eyes welled up with tears as he whispered, "We'll find out who did this to her. We won't let them get away."

Police,  "Sheikh Sahab, this is a very complicated case. And until the girl regains consciousness, we can't do much. We'll try to find her parents by releasing her photo. Until then, if possible, please take care of her. We'll let you know."
