Shahnaz asked again, hoping she had misheard, "You forgot me?!"

Ramsha intervened, "Do you two know each other?"

Shahnaz nodded hastily, "Yes, yes, I know her. She's my best friend, Amreen Ali. The one I was just talking about."

Laiba exclaimed, "What? You're Amreen aapi's (sister) friend? Finally, someone who knows her!"

Elhaan held her close patting her cheek, "Am...Amreen? Are you okay? Amreen?"

Shahnaz and the others rushed to her side, Shahnaz patting her face, "Ammu!!! Wake up, Ammu! Ammu..."

Elhaan looked at Shahnaz, "You know her?"

Shahnaz nodded, tears in her eyes, "Yes, she's my best friend, Amreen. What's happening to her?"

Elhaan's expression was filled with concern, "I don't know, but we need to get her to a hospital, now."
