Chapter 16: Back to 'normal'

As Monday came around Cindy and Ja'far went to the school together and Cindy still kept Nami with her-just so her brother could get a night of good rest. When her students saw her in the classroom, they were all excited to see her in class once more. She was happy to see that her students were happy to see her and moved on with things as if things never happened with her. She felt at home teaching her students, as it came to her lunch period she heard a knock on her room door only to look up from finishing up feeding Nami to see her brother. "Hey bro, come to take your daughter?"

"Yeah, thanks for taking her for the morning. I so needed the sleep."

"Not a problem, it's what big sisters are for. Now remember she'll need a change diaper when you get home plus a bottle she'll probably fall asleep with the bottle in the swing so just place her there with some music and she'll be fine."

He hugged her before he took his daughter and left out. Once he did Ja'far came into the room. "So, he is finally taking care of his kid huh?"

"Seems that way, So are you here to bug me or what?" She asked curiously

He shut the door after he came into the room before he pulled the blind for the door down. "Sinbad has been teasing me since he has assumed and found out on his own about us. Can you please do something about him? He won't seem to listen to me."

She smirked and chuckled. "He's supposed to sit in on my afternoon classes, I'll give him a bit of his own medication then." She said before she went up to him and kissed him on the lips

He kissed her back as he wrapped his arms around her waist. "Babe, if you get any closer I can't guarantee that you'll be able to stand for your afternoon classes."

"I don't know what you're talking about Ja'far." She said softly to him

"And here I thought you couldn't get any childish-I am proven wrong." He muttered to her before he pushed her up against the wall near the door. He then picked her up from the floor pushing her skirt up. "You're going to regret acting like this."

She tilted her head to the side. "Really now, how do you say that Ja'far?"

"Well seeing how I have you against the wall, you're not going anywhere."

"True-but we only have ten minutes before the bell rings. Then I'll need to have my classroom opened for the students."

He huffed out a bit. "After school I will get you back. "

"Suure you will, you'll forget and I'll still be walking out of here without a single punishment."
