Zayn's POV:
"Daddy come in the pool with us." Noelle says after a while of just her and me playing inside of it.
"When will your parents and sisters be back babe?" Justin asks me, looking a little worried.
"After 6 ish they said, they're going to a stand up show, it ends around 5:30 and they have go get home and everything so we have at least 3 hours. Come in babe it's okay."
Justin goes inside the house and puts on his swim shorts, and comes out again ready to join us.
Justin never gets undressed in front of my family, even at the beach he wears a shirt and shorts. My family has been asking about it a few times, but he just says he gets cold easily. I wish he was more comfortable around them, but I get it. His body underneath his clothes are filled with scars, they're healed but they're very noticeable, and they're all over his upper body. Especially on his back. I've seen his naked body hundreds times but every single time it gives me shivers from how much pain he must've felt gaining those scars.
I know it's awful to even have thoughts like this, but I am so incredibly happy his father is dead. And if he wasn't, I am almost completely certain that I would've killed him.
"Fuck it's cold." Justin says when he steps into the pool.
"No swearing daddy!" Noelle says as I carry her over to Justin.
We swim around for a while but Noelle gets tired fast so I go in and put her to bed. When I come in Justin is still in the pool, floating on his back. His skin is glowing from the sun and he looks nothing other than perfect. I put the baby monitor next to the pool and I get in, swimming towards him and catching his body in my arms.
