6 : Mistake

Colby's POV

"F-faster"

*phone call*

My amazing replay dream gets cut off by my ringtone. I grab my phone and see that Skylar is calling me. Immediately declined. I rub my eyes and stretch my arms as I wake up. When I sit up I realize that Noah isn't in bed. I look around the room to see that it is still only me. Getting up from the bed I make my way to leave. I slowly open Noah's bedroom door to make sure that Ava and Julia aren't close by to see me exiting.

Walking out I can hear some muffled noises. I follow them to the living room. I see Ava and Julia in the kitchen drinking what I am assuming is coffee. They are both staring at something in front of them. When I am at the end of the hall I turn to see what has their attention.

"Damn" Julia comments.

"I know right" Ava replies.

Noah is doing push ups on the outside balcony. We have a glass door that leads to the outside so the view of her working out is clear. She also isn't wearing a shirt. She is in a black sports bra and black shorts.

"Stop staring" I tell them.

"Why? It is an amazing view" Ava takes a sip of her coffee.

"Come on Colby you have to admit she is really hot. Look at her" Julia gestures to Noah, who I guess has not noticed or cared that they have been watching her work out. "I didn't know she had tattoos before today which makes her even hotter" I agree. The flashbacks of last night reoccur. Seeing all of her body.

"Also why do you care if we stare? It's not like you like her. And we aren't breaking any girl codes. You two haven't hooked up, well hooked up all the way" Ava comments. I look away shyly knowing that she is wrong.

"Wait...wait...no...did you guys?" Ava asks. I try to hold back my smile but I can't. Thinking about last night is causing this effect.

"Last night?" Julia asks excitedly. I nod at them before looking at Noah.

"Tell us everything"

"At first I just went to go talk to her like you guys suggested. Then things took a turn and we started making out. When I got on top of her things got intense"

"That's my girl" Ava hypes me up.

"Next thing I know I am laying with her above me and we are having sex" I blush speaking about it and I know my best friends can tell.

"How was it?" they both smile with anticipation.

"Fucking amazing" I smile back making them cheer.

"What's fucking amazing?" we all turn our heads to Noah. Shit did she hear what I said? I know that waiting longer to respond is only going to make my lie more unbelievable but I can't think of a response. She caught me off guard.

"How you beat the shit out of Skylar" Ava answers quickly. Thank you so much.

"She deserved it" Noah answers.

I can't help but have wandering eyes. The redness in her face, the sweat running down her body, her toned stomach flexing as her breathing lowers. I am starting to feel things down there. Stop being such a teenage boy Colby.

"Colby" Julia taps my arm.

"Huh?" I give my attention to her. I didn't know she had said something to me.

"Have you heard anything about Skylar?"

"Oh, um no. She called me this morning but I declined her call and blocked her"
