With Sasha
Sasha: Up ahead, you see? That’s the village.
Soldier: Where you’re from?
Sasha: No, but it’s close. My people live in the forest. It’s okay, go on.
Soldier: Alright, find your home and raise the alarm.
Sasha: Yes,sir!
The two split apart and continue their journey to the villages.

Flashback
Artur Braus: Good lord! Again with this!? Sasha! Sasha! You can’t always be stuffing your face!
Artur tries to hold Sasha back as she tries to eat a piece of meat
Artur Braus: Give it here! Spit it out! We're saving that for the winter!
The meat from Sasha’s mouth falls onto the ground. Sasha is able to get away from her father and gets the meat and starts eating it
Artur Braus: Grr! Fine have it your way! Damn kid.
Sasha looks at her father walking away. Sasha hides behind a tree while watching her father walk and sit down facing her
Artur Braus: Sasha, look around you. Ever get to wonder how things got to the way they are? Why the forest is disappearing, are gains are hard to come by. Or does it concern you?
Sasha finish her food
Sasha: Sure it does, people keep on coming here, and helping themselves to what used to be ours. That’s why I'm always so hungry.
Artur Braus: Yeah, that’s true. But that's the only face of it, where else do you expect folks to go when they lose their homes? They have a right to live, don't they?
Sasha: That’s their fault for losing their homes. Doesn’t give them the right to steal
Artur looks at his daughter with anger by her response
Artur Braus: Titan’s took their homes. Monster punched a clean hole straight through, Wall Maria. Where is were people going to go? It wasn’t their choice, they only do what was best for them and the best for them to live. So they cleared the forest and used it for farmland.
Artur looks at his hunting gear
Artur Braus: Maybe it’s time for us to leave the forest. Surrender it and let go, and move on from the old ways. We're not gonna starve however much they're willing to pay us, by raising horses.
Sasha is shocked by her fathers response
Sasha: What!? If we turn are back on hunting then we turn are back on who we are! Why should I care about the people that have always looked down on us for who we are!?
Artur Braus: I’ll tell you why. We’re in this together, the world belongs to each and every single one of us. We’re humans. Humans are social animals. It’s fine to move on your own drum. But when land is narrow you need to stop and step with the herd. Think about the greater goo-
Sasha: No! I won’t do it! We lived here all are lives the way our ancestors taught us! I’m not gonna change, screw the greater good!
Artur Braus: Right then… If that’s how you really feel… You can keep living in these woods. Live in the old ways like the others. But i’ll tell you something. You best be willing to die on your own beliefs?
Sasha is shocked by his question
Artur Braus: I think it’s time to get rid of the old traditions. It’s better for us to move on. What do you think?
