A blood moon

A/N: two chapters in a day? What is this madness?! Well, I was in a mood, so i decided to write another chapter...and ignore some fourth wall breaks you may see. That totally won't be important at all, or maybe this is just a red herring :)

Alpha Fang growls, his mouth open to bite you, but Yugo tackles him out of the way, his eyes glowing slightly with wakfu. You notice the full moon start to turn red and frown, knowing something bad is going to happen. You stand up shakily, fighting off your exhaustion slightly, but you start to see black spots in your vision. Alpha Fang takes notice of this and lunges at you. You clumsily fumble with your daggers and manage to strike Alpha Fang in the shoulder, causing him to howl in pain.

Yugo, growling: Do not touch her

Alpha Fang growls at him and lunges at him, but a dagger from you and an arrow stops him. You look up, seeing the rest of the heroes there and sag in relief.

Y/N: The beach blonde wolf is Yugo!

The others seem startled at this, but shake off their shock, getting ready to face Alpha Fang. You walk over to Yugo, running your fingers through his fur as you keep your eyes on Alpha Fang. Alpha Fang laughs and lunges at you all. Eva reacts quickly and shoots ice arrows at him, causing parts of his fur to freeze, but not all of him. Amalia then uses vines to restrain the large wolf, as Dally transforms Rubilax into his lava sword form. Dally then charges at Alpha Fang, who breaks free of the vines and smacks Dally away with his paw.

Y/N, Eva: Dally!

Dally: D-don't worry! I'm fine! It takes more than that to take an Iop Warrior down!

The two nod and turn back to Alpha Fang, who is grinning and circling around all of them. The group tenses and Alpha Fang suddenly lunges, pinning Y/N to the ground, knocking their daggers out of their hands. Alpha fang then grins, his tail lashing, looking like a predator who is toying with his prey.

Alpha Fang: One wrong move and the eliatrope dies!

The group tenses and Yugo growls, wishing he had the power to do something, anything to save you....but then the blood moons light gets brighter, causing Alpha Fang to tense....and Yugo, well, let's just say he lost his mind while the light of the blood moon is shining on him. Yugo attacks Alpha Fang, going for the throat. Alpha Fang, not expecting Yugo to attack him, flinches back and then howls in pain when Yugo bites his neck, sinking his teeth into it.

Alpha Fang: Get off me you brat!

Everyone else tenses, their weapons at the ready. Eva draws her bow back, an arrow notched but she frowns.

Eva: I can't get a clear shot! He needs to be holding still!

Dally: But didn't the overgrown mutt say your attacks won't work on him?

Amalia: But we have to do something! We can't let Yugo attack him all alone! And we need to get Y/N out of the line of fire!

Eva, nodding: Right! Dally, you bring Y/N back here. It doesn't look like they can stand. Amalia, you try to restrain the wolf...Ruel, you try and distract the wolf long enough for Dally and Amalia to get their shots in!

Ruel: I would, but look! Yugo is taking down the wolf!

Eva, shocked: What?!

The trio of heroes look over, seeing Alpha Fang covered in claw and bite marks and Yugo dashing all around the wolf, not being caught. Yugo's paws are glowing blue and he makes a portal, going through it as he reappears on Alpha Fang's back, digging his claws into the large wolf's back as he bites his neck...and then pulls his teeth away, blood and mats of fur dripping out of his mouth. Alpha Fang growls and shakes him off, greatly injured. Alpha Fang is about to attack, but is stopped by Lycan coming through the bushes.
