Ideas and Visions

Y/n was writing down ideas for a few hours while Yugo and Adamai kept sleeping. Y/n also did occasionally draw ideas she had that they couldn't exactly put into words...but because Y/n lost track of time, they didn't notice Yugo and Adamai wake up and notice she wasn't there anymore eon the bed. The two looked around rapidly, before seeing y/n by the door and sighing in relief. Yugo and Adamai get out of bed and walk towards Y/n, sitting down on either side of them.

Yugo: watcha doing?

Y/n jumps and squeaks in surprise, accidentally dropping their book. Yugo smiles softly and rubs the back of his neck.

Yugo: Sorry, didn't mean to startle you.

Y/n, picking up their book: I-it's alright. I should have been paying attention anyways...

Adamai looks at the book suspiciously, before looking up at Y/n.

Adamai: what were you writing down?

Y/n: had a strange dream and woke up. I couldn't go back to sleep, so I was writing down some ideas for the future.

Yugo, blinking: what kind of ides, y/n/n?

Y/n hums and opens the book to the first page as the brothers lean over and look at the page, blinking at how many words there are.

Adamai: uh, you gonna simply that?

Y/n, nodding: mhm. The first page is just ideas for future ideas. Ya know, for when we're older and know more things. *flips to second page* the second page to the fourth page is me making notes on all the tribes we've met so far and how they've lived, what sort of traditions they have and had. *flips to fifth page* the fifth page starts ideas for what the houses for our people could be when we get to Heaven's Archepelgo. I've been taking ideas from what I've seen from different tribes and combining them together in different ways. Pages 6-10 are drawings of the houses.

Yugo and Adamai blink, watching y/n flip through the book and showing them the drawings. Adamai looks up at them.

Adamai: Are we allowed to help?

Y/n, nodding: Of course! I like your guys input!

Adamai nods and grabs the book, reading and flipping through it as Yugo leans over, practically on Y/n's lap as he reads alongside Adamai. Y/n blinks and sighs in annoyance, but let's it happen. Yugo seems to realize that he is on Y/n's lap and blushes, getting off of it. Yugo rubs the back of his head and smiles sheepishly.

Yugo: hehe...sorry about that Y/n.

Y/n, nodding: it's fine.

Adamai glances at them and rolls his eyes, clenching the book more. Y/n notices and smiles softly, picking him up and setting him on their lap. Adamai blushes and Yugo pouts in jealousy. Adamai smiles and relaxes, leaning back into Y/n as he keeps reading. Yugo grumbles and reads over Y/n's shoulder.

Adamai: hey, y/n/n?

Y/n: hm?

Adamai, pointing: can you explain this one abit more?

Y/n: sure, lemme re-read it.

Adamai nods and Y/n hums, peering over Adamai's shoulders and skims over the information on the page, before smiling, their eyes lighting up.

Y/n: Oh! I actually had gotten that idea when Qilby had mentioned Emrub! Because we don't know how many eliatrope and dragons are out there, I was thinking of a giant building that would basically be an orphanage! Qilby only told us that there are 19 more tribes, and I am assuming Isle Sombre is one of them, but we don't know how many eliatropes and dragons there are...so I was thinking we could make a home for the children so they have a place to stay, and from what I'd noticed from the previous tribes, some people do work as people who take care of adoption centers, so-
