Sickness

A week passes and the royal trio have introduced their families to the families they had in past lives...but this chapter isn't about the royal trio. It's about another....so let's us go.

Stella was in her home, away from the other eliatropes and dragons, just grieving quietly and watching her and Seren's children, Vanessa and Seraphina, and the two dofus that she and Seren managed to have after years of trying after losing Astrid and Celeste. The only ones who visit her are Vespera and her family, the royal trio, the council, Amy, Angella, their friends, their eliatrope brother, their siblings, and their parents. That's it. Other than that, she just stays in her corner, watching over her kids.

Stella, sighing: oh Vanessa and Seraphina....I wish you could remember your father, but the only thing you will have are the stories we will tell...at least you have your grandparents, grand uncles, grand aunts, cousins, and any friends you two may have....

Vespera, appearing: Stella

Stella, nodding: Vespera. How are the others?

Vespera: they're fine. Worried about you

Stella nods, looking at the dofus and children they are curled around with a frown. Vespera sighs and walks forward, patting Stella's arm and sitting next to her.

Vespera: I miss him too, Stella....He wouldn't want you to be sad over him. He'd want you to move on, protecting and caring for the kids...you know you can rely on us, right?

Stella, nodding: I-I know...I'm just not ready to go back...I know it's been a few months, but every time I close my eyes...

Vespera: you see him, lying there motionlessly and seeing his wakfu leaving this world

Stella nods and Vespera sighs, nodding as she crosses her arms, leaning against Stella. It's silent for awhile, and then Vespera looks up at Stella.

Vespera: Me and Ganymede are having dinner tonight. We were wondering if you wanted to come

Stella, awkwardly: are you sure Vespera? I wouldn't want to impose...

Vespera, snorting: nonsense! You're my sister-in-law and you're grieving like the rest of us! You deserve to go out every now and then! Besides, I heard the school was looking for teachers....

Stella, sighing: which school? We have a few being built

Vespera, nodding: yeah, fair. I was talking about the pre-school. Since we have a ton of kids, the elementary school and pre-school were finished first. Granted they're in the same building, but still.

Vespera shrugs and Stella nods, sighing softly.

Stella: alright, I'll think about it. I'm not sure if I'll go with you and Ganymede, but if I decide to go, when and where do I meet you?

Vespera, grinning: you meet us at my house, which is the castle since the families of the council got permission to live in there. We help out around the place so the council doesn't do anything since most of them are getting old anyways, not to mention that my parents, Uncle Chibi, and Uncle Grougal are still children!

Stella nods and sighs, their tail flicking. Vespera stands up and stretches, yawning.

Vespera: well, I'll be off now. You can drop off your kids with mine, or with your siblings.

Stella nods, and then looks at Vespera in confusion.

Stella: I thought Helene, Maia, and Hesper were kidnapped? Do you have another we should know about?
