Mabel's POV
"Rise and shine Bambi." I heard my fiancé's deep voice
I open my eyes and see him laying beside me
"What time is it?"
"Six thirty."
"So early." I pout
He smiled and pecked my pouting lips which is a new habit of his
"I know you want to sleep in but your parents are here and you have many appointments today."
"Right, I guess I should go shower and get ready." I sat up
Today was my first day of dress shopping. I'm very excited to see myself in dresses. I've dreamt of this day for a long time. It's honestly bitter sweet. On the one hand I'm excited to find the dress I'll marry the love of my life in but at the same time I'm sad I don't get to experience today with my mother.
Once I finished showering I dried my hair, then began doing my hair and makeup. I decided to go for a rosier makeup look than I normally do then put my hair up in a French twist and secured it was a really pretty gold butterfly shaped claw lip. All in all I looked really cute. Face wise, I was certain my stepmother wouldn't have anything negative to comment on.
I walked out the bathroom and into our walk through closet. The closet is by far my favorite part of our bedroom. Thanks to the layout of the townhouse our bedroom takes up nearly the entire third floor. To get from the master bathroom we have to walk through our closet. So it's huge as a result.
Wanting to be comfortable I put on brown pants with a white zip up cropped shirt. It was a really cute outfit that would be easy to take off at each bridal shop appointment. I paired my outfit with my brown and white platform converse before spritzing on my favorite perfume. Lastly I put on gold jewelry Bunny recently gifted me. Once I was blinged out I exited our closet.
Dimitri was talking to Aleksandr in Russian
"Morning Dimitri." I greeted once they stopped talking
"Morning Mabel."
"The car is waiting for you out front. My mother and the girls should be inside waiting for you. Have fun Bambi."
"I will! See you later Bunny." I pecked him then told Dimitri bye
I ran down the stairs and out the front door to the black suburban waiting for me out front. When I entered I was greeted by Haru, Audrey, Adriana, Natasha, and my step mother.
"I love the fit." Audrey complimented
"Yeah I might have to steal it." Adriana smirked
Adriana's new favorite thing to do is shop in my closet. Aleksandr and Dimitri have had numerous talks with her about asking first. I personally don't mind because she returns my clothes in the same condition she took them in. The boys however, think it's rude of her to do.
"I'll have to start buying doubles of my clothes." I joked and she shamelessly agreed
"You look very pretty Mabel. I love your hair and makeup." Tasha complimented me
