Xander's POV
"Jesus that was so fucking long!" Judah complained
"At least your speech wasn't as boring we thought." Mac complimented me
"I tried."
"I'm so ready to hop in your pool! It's so hot." Laurence beamed
"First we gotta get the pictures over with." Dylan reminded us and we all groaned
We walked out of the auditorium towards the crowd of parents waiting for us outside.
"That was a good speech." Lily came and kissed me
"Thanks, your hair looks really cute like this."
She had two loosely braided pigtails resting on her shoulder
"Thanks, it was my sister's doing. She said my hair would look too flat if I didn't at least style it."
"You're still getting bullied by a six year old?" I teased her
"She's a vicious little thing."
When I got outside I started looking for my dad. He's pretty hard to miss since he's so tall.
"Over here!" I heard my twins voice
"Wanna meet my older siblings?" I asked
"Sure."
Lily and the guys followed me over to where my brothers were
"Congrats on graduating hot head." Vinnie hugged me
"Thanks! Guys these are my brothers. He's Vincenzo the oldest, then it's Matteo, Ace, and lastly my younger twin Xavier. These are my closest friends. Mac, Laurence, Judah, and Lily who's also my girlfriend."
"It's nice to put your names to faces. Thanks for being good friends to my little brother." Matteo hugged me
"No thanks needed. We love Xander!" Judah said
"You're not gonna introduce us?"
"That's Alessandro and his wife Charlotte. He's my sperm donor." I explained stalely
"Well let's go find your real dad so we can take pictures and leave." Lily grabbed my hand and dragged me off
I could see Alessandro seething from the corner of my eye
We found dad who was standing with the other parents in our friend group
"You okay?" Dad asked me in Russian
"I pissed off Alessandro but Lily saved me fire I could panic." I explained
"If you need to take a minute let me know and I'll walk you to the car."
"Thanks dad." I hugged him
How does he always know what to say to make me feel loved
"Xander here you go." Mabel handed me a bouquet of blue and white flowers
"They're really pretty. Are they also from mom?"
"Mhm she tried to muster up the courage but after running into Alessandro and his wife she felt unwell. She asked me to give these to you before she left."
I smiled at the flowers. Mom also gave Alessio and Adriana flowers. Lessi got light blue flowers and AJ got purple flowers. The note she left said she chose colors that complimented our personalities but we're still connected.
Four Hours Later
I'm at our grad party hanging out with my friends in the pool.
