A lesbian rom-com from the 90s between a free-spirited wild woman and a conservative Christian professor, you know the usual forbidden love trope. Except this one had a happy ending surprisingly.
One thing though which kinda irks me about these stories is that one of them usually has a boyfriend who is perfectly fine so it's kind of sad seeing them cheat. Other than that romance is more lust-based so most of their scenes were usually one of them trying to seduce the other and spicy rather than fluffy which is perfectly fine, I like that once in a while. 😏
However, if I try to rizz someone up by saying "I'd love to see you in the moonlight with your head thrown back and your body on fire" and get rejected I would never show her my face again forget stalking her address and try to seduce her again. But still, the movie was sweet and funny enough to be worth watching depending on the mood.
So all that aside I wanna talk about the most important thing about the movie i.e. the fucking dog. WTF was that, was he pretending to be dead the entire time and did she just bury him alive?? Or was the power of Petra's lesbian love so great it not only brought Camille but the dog back from the dead too!!!
