I threw my favorite pair of jeans into my blue suitcase along with my flip flops. I was too lazy to check the weather in downtown San Fran so I just packed everything.
Once my suitcase was hauled into the car along with my mother's, I walked downstairs from my room to find my sister Tori. She was eating cereal in the kitchen.

Now before you meet Tori, I want you to know that she's gorgeous. Skinny, long brown hair, high cheekbones and pretty brown eyes. And on top of all that, she was nice too. I wanted to hate her but I couldn't. She was too nice.

"Hey Tori." I said to her, sounding quite sad. She was my best friend here in Virginia. But our parents decided to split us up and send us to different states. She was going to stay here with my dad while I had to go supervise 10 teenage boys. I'm not too stoked for this trip.

"Hey Alli." she said back, mimicking my tone. "I'm going to miss you." she pulled me into a long hug while tears budded in my eyes.

"I don't wanna go." I whispered into her ear. When we pulled away, she looked at me and placed both hands on my shoulders.

"I know you don't but you at least get some eye candy." I laughed. "I mean, seriously! Like, all of them are around your age and have six-packs." She exclaimed. I nodded, still chuckling and thinking about having to meet all of them in about 8 hours. We hugged one last time before Mom and I climbed into the car for Dad to drive us to the airport. "Get a boyfriend!" she called after me, waving.

I blushed for a second and decided to ignore it. I put my headphones in and looked up Shawn Mendes. If I was going to meet this kid, then I at least want to hear one of his songs. I clicked on Something Big first. "Something big I feel it happening, out of my control," This kid was amazing!

I searched another song and pressed on Stitches. "I thought that I've been hurt before. But no one's ever left me quite this hard. Your words cut deeper than a knife. Now I need someone to breathe me back to life." I closed my eyes and put my head back, listening to his music the whole way to the airport.

Once we got there, I grabbed all my luggage and sat down in the waiting area. My dad was still talking to my mom and I prayed so hard that they wouldn't start fighting in public and make a big mess. My mom stormed into the waiting area and told me, "Your father wants to say goodbye to you." Short and anger filled, just as if they were arguing.
I jumped up and obeyed my mother's command. I raced out to the car and ran into my father's arms. "I don't wanna leave with her. I wanna stay here with you." I sobbed into his shoulder. He knew that Mom was a bit psycho and was totally against the idea of me permanently leaving to tour around the world with her.
"I know. But it's too late now." He stroked my head and reassured me.

I walked back to the waiting area and sat down, wiping my face. Good thing I didn't put on makeup today. "Flight to San Francisco, all boarding now." A monotone voice boomed over the speakers. I stood up and raised the handle on my suitcase. I took one last look at Virginia and sighed. I wasn't coming back for a while.
I got into the plane and squeezed all my stuff into the overhead. I then sat down and put in my headphones immediately to make it clear that I didn't want to talk to my mom. I was just about to start playing Taylor Swift's new album when a text from my best friend Katie popped up.

(K is Katie and A is Allison)

K: hey r u on the ✈️ yet?
A: just boarded. Taking off in 5
K: I'm gonna miss you boo.
A: yeah. I have to meet 9 boys that are all too attractive for words. 😁
K: lucky! All the boys here are ugly AF.
A:😂not all of them! What about Andrew???
K: broke up with him a week ago. keep up!
A: haha breaking hearts faster than you can say quidditch
K: you know the drill
A: ugh I don't wanna leaveeeee
K: you kinda don't have a choice.
A: gtg taking off now. FaceTime when I get there?
K: obviously. Love you♥️I'll miss your ugly face
A:lol same

I turned off my phone and just listened to Out of the Woods. I wanted to forget what I was leaving behind.

We flew for a long time but I refused to over think it. I didn't need to get any more nervous than I already am. The flight attendant announced that we were landing soon with a fake smile. I sat up and cracked my back. It was surprisingly satisfying.
We were on the ground and I grabbed all of my bags. My mom had her bags as well, so now we were just waiting for Bart and the guys. Mom was co-managing with Bart. I bounced my knee up and down and tapped my fingers. I was so nervous about what the boys would think of me. Do I look okay? Is my hair okay? I ran my hands through my hair just to be sure.

"Kelly!" A booming voice echoes through the airport. Bart was walking towards us with a herd of teenage boys all with their phones out and luggage. I gulped and put on a bored look. Better play off my nervousness with a subtle look. Play hard to get, maybe? I laughed at myself in my head. I can't flirt to save my life. They were getting closer and I was getting more scared.
My heartbeat rose into my ears and I gulped, accepting my fate.

A/N: what's gonna happen next?!?
