Walking into my sister's house, I took my jacket off and laid it on the couch before moving to the kitchen where I heard voices.
"I come back bearing gifts" I said holding up the desert bag. "Ohhh you got us food?" Chance said, taking the bag out of my hand. I chuckled and sat at the island as Coco and Chance chose who got what and began eating.
"How was it?" Coco asked. I smiled, "it was great actually. She showed me all this pictures of her and she just looks so happy. I told Beyoncé she looks like her but the more I look, she looks a bit like Chance" I told them and Chance smiled at what I told her. "So, when are you gonna meet her?" Chance asked, giving me a piece of her cake.
I took it gratefully and swallowed it before talking. "She's thinking about us talking over FaceTime before we actually see each other. I know she's my daughter because she hates surprises like me so Bey doesn't want to bombard her" I told them and they nodded.
"You gon tell daddy?" Coco asked. I hummed, "yeah I was thinking about it. Have y'all visited him?" I asked and they nodded, "yeah, ain't shit change with that old man" Coco said, waiving her hand causing me to chuckle. "I'll go visit him tomorrow. I gotta see when she can meet y'all too" I told them and they nodded, "niece is about to be spoiled rotten I'll tell you that" Coco said moving to the living room.
After that, we all moved to doing our own things. I was currently looking for my own place to stay since I can't be staying with my little sister for the next six months. I wanna be close to Coco's place but not hella far from Bey so that I can still be close to Blue. I pulled out my phone to send Bey a quick message.
Beyoncé
S- Hey, can you tell me your address? I wanna make sure I'm not too far from you while I do house search.
B- 521 E. Blvd
House searching?S- Yeah, I can't be living with my lil sister the whole time so I'm finding my own place closer to the both of you.
She didn't respond to my last text but I know she saw it since she had her read receipts on. I swear I was searching for a good forty five minutes before I found a perfect place. I set up a walk through sometime next week and closed my laptop.
At this point, I didn't know what to do. I was so used to getting/giving orders or doing drills that at this moment I didn't know what to do. I could hear my sisters in the living room talking and I was tempted to go and bother them but I was starting to get fidgety.
