The night with the boys was amazing. I'm actually kind of upset that the night was over. I was definitely not expecting to have so much fun. Especially with them.
Well, guess my first time hanging out with them was a success.
When Gilinsky pulled up to Nates house I noticed all the cars parked there. I just realized that it's already 9:30.
We stayed out longer than I thought we would.
But now Nate's home. Along with his parents. So I won't be going to an empty house. I wonder where they went today? Nate never did tell me what they were doing.
I got confused when Gilinsky shut off the car and the three boys unbuckled their seat belts. They're coming in with me?
I looked at him confusingly.
"What?" Gilinsky chuckled.
"What are you guys following me inside? I can walk myself up there." I laughed.
"Nate wants to hear about our day with you." Johnson said and got out first. Sam followed, then Gilinsky. Causing me to do the same while shaking my head.
I shut Jacks passenger door behind me then followed Johnson and Sam up the walkway. Gilinsky was beside me.
"So you really did have a good time today?" He asked with his hands slipped into his front pockets.
"Ya of course I did. Went a lot better than I thought it would."
"Well I'm glad to hear that. I know Nate really wanted us to get to know each other once we found out about you. Sam just really wanted to hangout with you in general."
"And what about you and Jack?"
"Ok to be honest the both of us thought you were pretty freaky." He began receiving a laugh from me. "But honestly after today I just realized you're an all around cool girl."
"Well thanks G. That makes me happy."
We smiled at each other as we reached the front door. Johnson and Sam already walked inside. Gilinsky let me go first then walked in behind me. Closing the door after.
I looked around. All the lights were on. But the house was quiet.
"Nate!" I called for him loudly.
The boys didn't seem worried. They just stood there silently. Then I heard footsteps coming up the basement stairs.
"There's my four favorite people." Nate said. I smiled once I saw him coming towards me with open arms. "Have fun today?"
"Lots of fun. Now I understand why you're such good friends with them." I laughed.
"Get used to it cause you'll be seeing them a lot." Nate told me.
I looked over at Sam and he was already smiling. I just winked at him and smirked before looking back at Nate.
"So what did you and your parents do today?" I asked Nate. He looked up at the boys and smiled. Then looked back down at me.
"Let's just say there was a reason why I had them take you today, other than getting to know each other." He told me.
I raised an eyebrow at him in confusion.
"Come see the surprise." Nate said nodding his head towards the basement.
My eyes looked at him skeptically. But Sam and Gilinsky grabbed onto my arms and started leading me down the stairs.
Nate stood in his doorway. Johnson stood on the bottom step of the stairs. Gilinsky and Sam still held onto my arms and turned me to face that other door right across from Nates.
