The four of us sat in my room. All in silence for a couple minutes. I was on my bed. Dylan beside me. Sam and Nate were sitting on the floor. The best way to do this is by explaining everything. From the very beginning to now.

I sighed to myself then looked at the boys. "Sam I know you know very minimal of me and all of my history. Nate you know some to an extent. But... It's about time that I tell the both of you. Everything."

"Riley you don't have to say everything." Nate spoke up.

"I do. It's about time. You told me whenever I'm comfortable and ready to tell you these things, to do it. And I'm ready." I told him.

He looked down at his hands sitting in his lap. I looked over at Sam. His eyes on mine. Looking at me sympathetically.

I just avoided his eyes, then went into my explanation.

"I lived in this really small town in Rhode Island. Reighmound to be exact. And it was everything you would picture while talking about a bad, druggy, ghetto town. Drug dealers, gangs, stupid drunks, high kill rate, low population. My parents abused me. For years. Then I got into a relationship. It was also abusive. Then I started working for these two guys. Austin and Max. I did drug runs for them. Getting them stuff. Trading stuff with others. I would never get caught cause who would expect an innocent looking 16 year old? They also abused me in some situations."

The boys just stared at me. Not sure what to say or what to do. But there's more they have to hear.

"When I turned 17 I had a sense of being absolutely done. Of course, I was already the one who would self harm and the one had suicidal thoughts. Why wouldn't you when you were me? But, instead of ending my life like I wanted to... I just took all the money I had and flew out here to Omaha. Knowing I had Nate here. When Nate took me in I felt my life already changing. And I thank you for that Nate."

I looked at Nate once I was done talking. He smiled at me. Which made me do the same. Then I turned to Dylan. Wanting to know what's going on. Finally.

"So what do you have to warn me about?" I asked.

He sighed and looked at me. "I took over your job when you left."

"Dylan you didn't." I quickly interrupted him.

"Wait until I'm done with the whole story. There's more you have to hear." He said. I just nodded at him. "I did so I could hear what they were saying about you. When I came back from a run they were talking about you. I hid behind the wall so I could listen. They're coming after you. Now that they know where to find you they'll come after you."

My eyes widened. My body froze. What am I going to do? I'm not scared for myself. I'm scared that they'll hurt Kami or Monte or Stew. Or even Nate. God I'd never be able to live with myself if that happened.

"They won't find me. When do they plan on doing this?" I asked.

"I don't know. Although the two of them aren't allowed here in the state. Nebraska, Florida, Illinois, and Washington. They can't step foot in those areas. At least not until they're legally allowed in those states again. Which won't be for awhile. But that doesn't mean anything. They'll get to you. You know when they want something they'll get it."

"Ya, I definitely know that." I sighed. Looking away from him. But then a thought came to me. Why'd he come here to tell me that? "Dylan. Why'd you come here to tell me all of this? Why couldn't you have just called me?" I asked.

"Because they track my phone. They can hear my calls now. And I didn't know if I'd get the chance to come see you again later on. Everything's changing."
